Kick butt workout Reviewer: Bam Bam I bought Turbo Jam last year after having lap band surgery. Turbo Jam was the push and difference I needed. I have since recommended it to numerous others and they all love it too. Tried Slim in 6 - omg was so boring I couldn't stand it, Zumba - just wasn't as intense or results weren't as good. Turbo Jam is just FUN and moves anyone can do. On here now looking for more. DVD says Cardio Mix 1. I want Mix 2, 3 & 4!!!!!!!!!!
Great workout (and fun too) Reviewer: Cara I used to have at-home workout tapes that I used infrequently because they got boring and predictable. I've had the Turbo Jam videos for two months now, have been using them 5-6 times a week, and am not bored in the least! Chalene makes the workouts fun and exciting, and while I have gotten a lot stronger, I am still pushed to my max each time I do them. I have lost 15 pounds in the last 8 weeks and have an awesome core, which I have never had before! I am looking forward to losing my last 15 pounds with Chalene. These were the best buy I have ever made.
