I thought I would be slick and try skipping the Slim in 6 workout series and head straight for the more advanced more intense Slim Series. What a dumb idea! The Slim Series includes 6 new workouts and far more intense moves. Slim Series is definitely no joke, if you're looking to lose weight and sculpt your body; Slim Series is the way to go. Just don't fool yourself into thinking you can jump right in, if you're not already used to an intense daily workout. It's fun but it's challenging! The Slimming Guide really helped me out, with great tips and ideas. I even bought the chocolate Meal Replacement Shakes; they were great! I also really like the woman that does the videos, Debbie, she's very likable.
