I did the full 6 weeks. I feel as if I am tighter but I didn't lose but 5 pounds. I know I gained muscle so I am sure that made up for some of my weight loss. But I am still a little dissapointed. Especially since it took up an hour of my morning.
it does work for toneing but when i finished 6 weeks i did not lose very much weight. i guess what i am saying if you worked out everyday doing anything hard, it would equal the results i have.
I have only been doing my Slim in 6 for a week now, but I feel a difference in my body already. Although I am very sore right now, I can feel my body is toning and I feel like I have better posture when I walk and sit. I can't wait to see what results I am going to have when my six week are done. I do plan to continue to do Slim in 6 after my 6 weeks. So excited!
