We utilize UPS for products shipped to standard street addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Products shipped to P.O. Box addresses, and APO/FPO addresses ship via United States Postal Service. Products shipped to Canada may be subject to duty upon delivery.

All products on this site carry a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping and handling) if you are dissatisfied with your product(s) for any reason.

To return any item(s) you must contact us via our Customer Support Form to request a Return Authorization (RA) code, which is your reference number during the return process. Once your request is approved you will receive an e-mail with your RA code along with detailed instructions on how to easily return your product.

We will not accept any returns that do not have an official RA code clearly written or printed on the outside of the box.

All items MUST be returned in their original packaging with ALL original contents including all accessories, and documentation. We reserve the right to refuse any returned items that do not meet our requirements. All returns must be received at an authorized Extreme Body Workout return address within 30 days of our issuing the RA.
