If you are dissatisfied with your product(s) for any reason simply return them. All products on this site carry a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping & handling) with the exception of the P90X and P90X2 which carry a 90 day guarantee.

To return any item (other than our Adjustable Dumbbells) simply follow the instructions on the packing slip that was shipped with your order.

Returning Adjustable Dumbbells

To return a dumbbell set for ANY reason you MUST request an official RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing us through our support form. Be sure to also indicate the reason for the return. An RMA# will then be issued to you along with detailed instructions on how to properly return the merchandise.

Please note: if you have simply changed your mind and no longer want the dumbbells you ordered you will receive a full refund less shipping & handling and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. In the case of damaged or defected products the entire return process will be handled at NO expense to you.
