Why Do I Need Fiber?

I've been taking the shakeology shake once a day for about week and decided to give myself a little extra "detox" by adding the Boost fiber. It really does make a difference. The shake alone works well, but if you really want to flush your system for a couple weeks the extra fiber makes a BIG difference. I think I will just go through this container and switch back to just the shake, but we'll see how it goes.
