The program needed weights and I thought these were a really good idea. Instead of having heavy weights that you can't really hide when you're done using them, you can actually just throw these in a closet so they are out of sight out of mind. I think that they do just as good of a job too. Only little thing that I did not like was that they have this powder on them from how they are made. All you have to do is just wipe them off when you get them, but it would have been nice if they were washed ahead of time. All in all a good choice for me.
