support and cushion Reviewer: hsoihr1 I do a pretty intense cardio routine which I've tried on a hard gym floor, carpet and then this extra thick yoga mat and I must say the yoga mat works the best. It really does give you the extra cushion you need, but its more sturdy than the cushion of a rug. I'm a clumsy person and I always seem to twist my ankle or something when I work out on a rug. And of course a hard gym floor just hurts my knees.
Great mat! Reviewer: thespartan really good mat, they weren't kidding, it is REALLY THICH! It isn't cheap but it will last a long time you can tell by the way its made. I bought a regular yoga mat from walmart for like $12 and it was practically a piece of paper compared to this thing! Good stuff buy it, you will not regret it!
perfect Reviewer: Xfactor You could buy this one mat and never have to buy another one for the rest of your life. It is nice and thick, it does give extra cushion when doing plyo, and it has a nice tread on the bottom so it does not slip around on the floor. I even used it in my bedroom on top of wall to wall carpet and it does move around at all. 5 stars for quality!
