What else do I need?
The Power 90 workout program requires either your own free weights, or resistance bands like the ones we offer. There are also a few other items you should consider for the best possible results:

Resistance bands are a great alternative to free weights. They're less expensive and easy to store away when not in use. This is amazing workout, I been on this program 2 weeks now, and I have lost 5 inches from my weist, I was so happy. I just need to keep up the good work.

I wanted to purchase the P90X but was informed on a blog that I shouldn't because I was sort of, well not sort of, badly out of shape. So I listened to the blog and I am really glad I did. Even the Power 90 was had for me at first, but I was at a really unhealthy weight and I needed to stick it out. What I liked about this program was the simplicity of the schedule. Circuit, cardio, abs...circuit, cardio, abs. The guide really helped me understand the program and keep track of my results. I finished the 90 days yesterday and I feel great. I lost a huge amount of weight (over 30 pounds) and I was able to use the weights I needed to build bulk in my muscles. I think I am going for a second round of Power 90 before I try the P90X. I was so heavy when I started, I still would like to loose a more weight before I start to get ripped with p90x! I want to be able to make the most of the program.
