This is a good series for active people that are maybe a little off their game and want to get it back. It is easy to vary the intensity level of each workout so that it continues to challenge even after 90 days and this also makes it easy to do the workouts with a partner who isn't quite at your level. The variety of moves and the pace keep me engaged and I find Tony entertaining and look forward to my workouts every day. It has improved my cardio, strength and flexibility significantly.

Just what I needed
Finished the P90, got great results. I needed a little something extra and different so I picked up the Power 90 Master Series. I was able to integrate the master series workouts into the p90 workouts to make a whole new schedule. I am the type of person that like to change things up form time to time, so this was perfect for me. I have now lost a total of 32 lbs I lost inches everywhere! My body fat percentage went down to about 19% which is good for a guy my age (45). When I'm sick of this schedule, I can move on to the P90X, which I am excited about too.
