Stay at home moms for Power Half Hour Reviewer: sara Some people think that stay at home moms have plenty of time to work out. That is just not true. I have two children, one of which is in pre-kindergarten, the other is 18 months at home with me. My husband works a normal schedule, 9-5, and I like to make sure I have free time to spend with my husband and children in the evening. So after I drop my daughter off at school, I have only 5 hours to get done what I need to at home. I certainly cannot spend an hour or more on working out, and because I have my son during the day, I can't go to a gym. The Power Half Hour is perfect for me. I squeeze in this 30 minute workout after I put my son down for his nap and I have just enough time to shower up and get ready to pick my daughter up from school. I love how the workouts target specific areas and burn fat at the same time. Finding time to workout can be tough for us busy moms, but if you can spare 30 minutes a day, Tony Horton's Power Half Hour can really get you into shape and looking good!
