I bought this when I decided to try out the px90 system. It's hard for me to really tell if it worked, since I was already taking the health formula also. I wonder if all the vitamins from the health formula made my immune system stronger and not this stuff??? The reason im writing this is because i have been doing the p90x for like six months (2 cycles) and i have also been taking the immune boost (2 bottles) and so far I have not gotten sick, even though my 2 sons have come home from school with the flu and colds during that time period! Like i said i'm not sure if it was the immune boost or the health formula so thats why im giving it 3 stars.
