This workout rocks. The people that do not like are either too lazy or in real bad shape to begin with. This workout is not intended for them. This is an advanced program. I am on my second round of this and I still love it. Do your best and forget the rest. I am the best shape of my life and I am 41.
Don't believe the haters!
P90X works!!! Anybody that doesn't get results from this program either is not following the diet plan, is not trying hard enough or just plain quit because it was too difficult. While it's true you may get the same results from a gym and a proper diet, alot of people need guidance and don't feel comfortable working out in public. It is tough, you will be insanely sore in places you didn't know muscles existed and you will want to give up, but if you stick with it you WILL get results. My advise is to do it with a friend or two and push one another. You will be amazed how quickly you shape up. I lost 40 pounds in nearly as many days and found myself doing multiple one armed pushups in no time. Quit whining and put forth some effort and it certainly has the power to change you, not just physically. "BRING IT!!!"
Bladder Issues Anyone?
Just tried the ab ripper cd from a friend to test to see if I wanted to buy the whole thing. I am a mom of 2 and I'm not sure why these exercises exacerbated my weak bladder issues. I had to stop in the middle of the dvd. Found out from another friend that his wife and her friend had the same issue. Anyone else experiencing this with px90? Any suggestions? I would really like to do the whole program....

sucks! just go to the gym. its alot more fun. when i went to the gym every other day i was 118 lbs....on this and no gym Im 128.... just cuz gyms are $500 a year, thought I would save.... It did not work.
I think I'm dying
I love these workouts, period. I'm really new to them and I'm doing the lean schedule for my first 90 days but I'm still killing myself. I can't tell you how amazing it feels when the hour or so is up and I realize I've made it through, despite all my wishing to stop and give up. It's the best feeling in the world, that small sense of accomplishment, even though I know I gotta go back and do more the next day. It's enough to carry me forward and keep going, and soon I'm sure if I start losing weight or start getting more stamina, that improvement will keep me going for the rest of the 3 months and beyond, cuz I gotta get back in shape. This workout is hard as hell, but if I can do it, you can! I'm no fitness guru--I'm actually pretty fat. ; )
The meal plan is difficult for me right now, not having the money to buy a lot of the things they tell me to eat. I try to mix it up and eat lots of greens, get lots of protein, keep my carbs low for this phase and stay away from processed food/junk food. I hope that's good enough for now because I can't do anything else, and I can't imagine stopping the whole routine if I'm not able to get the specific food.
DAY 10 P90X User
Just started the program and reall y enjoy the ability to work at my house without having to fight the crowds at the gym. The program is really like having a personal trainer in your house. THe diet plan is the trickiest part, but when you get this squared away, it all falls into place. Results to come! You can follow my progress at p90x-jayammo.blogspot
get some cardio, via running, swimming, biking, walking. many options. couple that with strength training with weights (reps and amount of weight depending on your end result goal). and achieve the same results. you can also do this at home without paying for a DVD that you will get bored with. get outside, go for a walk, get off the couch.
bottom line, cardio and strength training along with a low fat, balanced diet = weight loss and a health body.
hard but worth it
My wife and I are on the third week of phase two and the results are already amazing for me. My wife who was already thin is having some difficulty understanding how she can have lost only two pounds. I keep telling her the scale doesnt tell the whole story. When we started she stuggled to do almost all the resistance moves now she can make it through all the dvd's no problem. We are parents of three young children so time is the most difficult obsticle. If there is any negative it would be the lenght of the dvd's. But how else can you expect to turn around 30 yrs of watching tv and eating popcorn.

I've always been into some sort of exercise, usually by myself. My Wife used to work out off and on, one day she saw p90x on tv and asked if I would do it with her. I agreed only to be nice, and figured after a week she would drop it and I would go back to what I was doing before. Well we're on round 6, we both look forward to working out togeather every day, and it definatly brought us closer togeather. The results we've both seen have been amazing. We both joke that we hate Tony Horton, but we love him. Well worth the money.
Eat right sleep right.. Go to the gym exercise correctly and wkly. Drink lots of water you will see results....
How authentic are the reviews
I'm interested in trying the P90X but it seems the info around it is lacking and confusing: What do you get when you order it? The CD's only? or any valuable thing on top? What if I don't like to train alone?
I tried to read the reviews and I did not come over any that's AUTHENTIC, thus I can not tell whether this is a good or a bad product, I give it 3 stars.
P90x workout system
I hear alot of people sayin its to hard they cant do it tony said do your best n forget the rest. Ne way i had it for about 6 or 7 months n tryed it but i kept stopin because i was not eatin rite. My new year res was to start n finish i started monday today is friday n iv already lost 5 pounds n still got two days left for workouts. If you stick with it n do your best you will wanna keep doin it. Besides tonys advice n good way to help you get through the way ur body reacts after will make you wanna get it done. For the people witht the negative comments, stop your complaining. If you have it set in your mind that its hard then you will never finish it!!! I go to L.A. Fittness and my instructor does some of the workouts in class. I think that its awesome because not only does she use some of the moves in cklass, she pushes us to the limit. After two weeks, I started to see results. Of course its gonna be hard at first but you have to stick to it!!!!
yo listen up. for all of yo who havent thrown down for the px90s workout package yo just plain trippin. this is by far the best moves to get yo ripped.

My brother is the one doing the workout. I didnt think it would work when he told me he was going do do it. I seen him about 5 weeks later and he had lost all of his stomach. He said it was very hard at first but he stuck with it. I'm fixing to try it now!!!!!
Love it!! I can now actually do 8 push-ups instead of 1. Ya, sometimes I quit a little early or maybe for a few days but I always get back into it. My butt has lifted and my legs are more toned. I have also bought Insanity, so when I'm done P90X I will try Insanity.

many people thnk his is not a good product but from what ive seen in friends of mine its 100% effective if you put motivation on your self and do this everyday and eat the right way you will see results. so its time for me know... P90X here i come!!!!!!

I am 56 and worked out, on and off. I had started again about 2 months before I started P90X and that helped to start this. I did what I could and rested for 30 seconds to a minute when necessary to get my heart rate down. Now I only need to rest a little (20 seconds) during some of the plyo. I have seen changes that nothing else, (running, aerobics, crunches, some weight lifting) has ever done! I have lost 4 lbs without changing my diet, but I eat well (almost no fast food, junk food, no soda in 25 years, no red meat etc.) I am in week 10 and will definitely be doing a second round, I do want to lose 5 more pounds. Bring it!
I'm 21 years old and have 2 kids [my own fault for gaining weight, not theirs]. I'm just lazy and don't feel like doing anything, and i always make excuses. I'm at 223 now .. the most i've ever been. i was 140 when me and my husband first met a little less than 4 years ago. Anyway, I can't order this system yet so I'm going to use one of my old exercise DVD's for a month [until I order it]. I've seen transformation videos on the internet though and I am SOOOOOOO EXXCIIIITEEEDDD!! to use it. :]

so i had started the p90x about 4 months ago...i got to about 1 1/2 a months and saw results....my core was so strong and tight...and that was just for that small portion of time..i had fell off though because of a work situation...but i just started yesterday up again..because i am going to miami in december for my bday and i want to work that string bikini!!! :) i know it will get me there especially if i do the WHOLE 90 days lol :)

I'm on day 32 of p90x I had gained baby fat when my wife got pregnant (my excuse) this video set is awsome, I have gained weight...but already getting tight and tone. muscle vs fat dont count on the scale, it lies. look in the mirror for the truth. its not easy for about the first week, but dont quit. I'm 28 years old. My BMI is close to 40 thus making me VERY obese.
I'm only able to do the yoga and cardio workouts, at this time. It's not easy and it's not fun and it's grueling but YOU can do this. I haven't been doing the videos for very long but I am seeing results. I can't say for sure if these results are from this program specifically or simply from getting off my fat butt and actually doing something. Regardless, it doesn't matter. I'm very paticular and cannot stand "fitness elitists' but I've found Tony to be great, he's not some conceited jerk and he makes you believe that you can get fit! I really enjoy how he will say/remind you that you might not be able to do some of the things and that's okay. Eventually, you will be able to and that is just awesome.
For the haters, PLEASE remember that YOU are the one responsible for your weight and for being out of shape! And only YOU can do something about it. You can choose to yell at your TV and give up and go back to being a couch potato or you can actually give this a fair chance. Nothing is easy at first and nothing will work after only a few tries!

This work out video sure gives you a work out. You actually feel like you've really been worked out after you have done it. I just started it a week ago, but I feel so good after I do it almost like I acomplished a goal for the day. GREAT!!!!!!
on week 11 i am 41 female 3 kids and i am addicted love tony he is great but you have to do it my results are not like some but i am pleased and it does not end after 90 days i love kenpo and plyo will use this forever as long as im able everyone should do it can not wait for my next workout how good is that:)
I've heard alot of good reviews from friends that have tried this program. I run cross country, and want to compare the two different workouts and get a more ripped body. I'm hoping that these workouts are better and give more results then running 3.4 miles in 18:29 mins. And I hope I dont kill myself while training.
I have worked out for years - Pilates, Turbo Jam, the Firm, Step, TTapp, etc., etc., etc. and have NEVER seen the results I am getting with Tony!! My husband and I get up at 4:00 am, so you know this must be a good workout and Tony must be a good trainer if we can stick with it! We are now on Day 80 and can't wait to start again at Day 1 for a second pass through!
my boyfriend and i do this work out almost everyday and it is challenging but i love it. it makes me feel like ive accomplished something and it switches it up so its never boring
My football coach makes us do bites and pieces of this workout and it leaves me sore everytime. I am 6 foot 175 and in pretty good shape been working out for 3 years and this still makes me sore everytime it is great and it works well.

This is the Bomb. Im in my first recovery week and i have seen my ability to play sports increase drastically. Im more in shape then ever before and i feel great. This program works if you try you hardest.
My wife and I just ordered this program within the last 5-10 minutes. After finishing eating our "Taco Bell" late night dinner we saw what might change our lives forever. We both need to do something now before its too late. I weighed in at 312.4 lbs this morning! That excludes the late night dinner I just chowed down on! My wife is also not a small woman. We will put a monthly post to note our progress!!

This program is fantastic. I am in the second week, and I have never worked out harder on my own. The workouts are interesting and fun, and the DVDs themselves are very easy to get into. Tony does a great job of bringing you along for the ride.
If you are trashing this, there's a good chance you haven't tried it or gave up before finishing the program. I don't plan on stopping any time soon.
I am about to begin, what I hope, is a life changing program of health and fitness. I will admit that I*m a bit afraid,but I do realize that nothing worth having comes easy. So, as of 6am, tomorrow morning, I pledge to MYSELF, that for the next 90 days, Tony and I will become either friends or enemies. It is obvious that the negative comments are coming from those individuals who are just sitting on the couch and watching the video and not getting up and trying it! When I started I couldn't do a push up to save my life. I am one week away from completing my 90 days, and I am now able to do 15 push ups. I have lost inches around my waist and I have lost several pounds as well. It is NOT complicated because he is right there in front of you telling you how to do it....If you give up after day 1, then yeah, you will not see the results you want. You just need to be motivated and put in the effort and time! You don't see results just by wishing and talking about it!

I work at an IPU facility & one of the Phy there has implemented this system into their workouts, & not only has she stated that she is seeing results, I can personally see the results... I have only heard good things about this program & I am sure as with any program you will have to be married to this & stick with it... You're not going to see results in the first few days... This is no miracle product, but works effectively. Don't listen to the people who say they followed it exactly but had no results. Simple science belies this: if you follow the program (eating less and doing more) you HAVE to lose weight, unless you have a major medical issue.
You Gotta Bring It
I find that many of the negative reviews come from people who say they don't believe these workouts are effective..well let me tell you they are. But you can only get out of it what you put in... if you convince yourself this will be too hard b4 you even start then you're wasting your time. But if you dig down, don't worry about how many reps you can do, and focus on your form, then this program will change you forever. Anyone is capable of changing themselves if they commit to a goal and believe they can do it.

I am in my second period of 90 days with this system. I have reduced my waist by 4 inches, increased my chest by 2 inches, none of which is fat, my body fat is lower than the the recommended percentage. My hair has grown in and my sex life is out of this world. I did a before and after photograph and you what, I have a miraculous nose job new whiter than white teeth and a sun tan; Oh boy and I live in Alaska.

Doing it Right!!
I just started P90x to get me over my plateau. I have lost about 80 lbs and need to tone up. I am a believer!!! There is no way that someone would fail at seeing results if they follow the program as written out for them plain and simple. It is the DIET and EXCERSIZE together that make it work. Put in the right fuel and get the right results from the workouts. The workouts are amazing!!
The work out stinks! Save your money, do crunches, walk and eat right and you will get the same result. It is just to hard and too complicated.

Out of this world
I have in the last couple of months had my wife leave me. My x took my kids from me and I got layed off. I was on the edge of, I am not sure what. I had a choice live or curl up and die. I choose life. I have had the PX 90 pack for about 6 months started it twice but never followed through correctly. I started doing it right this time. I started at 250 lbs. Iam in my second month and I am at 213.5 lbs. I am not near where I want to be but, I do know that I can achive anything if I set my mind to it. Not bad for a 52 year old fat fart. Thanks for giving me back my life!

I have been watching the commercials for a while know. It make's me feel good when they show hard you have to work. In fact it looks like you have to work so hard it's scary. I'm scared I won't follow though with it.

i get the feeling that nearly all of these 'reviews' are faked, normal people dont have perfect journeys where everything works out so well do they? I could be wrong but i think i'll save the money and use a my brain to plan my own workout routine for free and save money.

I had a heart attack at 36 years old, three years ago. After realizing I had to change my lifestyle (I was a smoker) and completing my cardiac rehab, I went to the gym, did aerobics, zumba and the like. A friend introduced me to Tony Horton's Power 90 and 10 minute workouts then after consulting with my cardiologist and family physician, I graduated to P90X.
Needless to say, the workouts are intense, tiring and sweat inducing, but I always look forward to coming back for more! I am only in week 4; I am in the best shape I've ever been in! I lost 16 lbs of my weight gain from not smoking and feel confident wearing my bikini again. Looking forward to day 90 to see the real results...
I recommend this training system to anyone who wants to Bring It! I takes commitment and time, but aren't you worth it? What else do you do that's good for you?
I am male, age 53, 6'2" tall, 195 lb. I was always rather fit and ate a sensible (if not strict) diet. Had been rowing 3x/week for five years and wanted something more for muscle definition. P90X is perfect for busy people who want to get fit & stay fit. I workout in the early morning (about 5:45 AM - 7:00 AM). At that hour it's difficult to plan and execute your own routines. I just follow the DVDs for muscle workout and flexibility without much critical thinking needed. Have done the 90-day cycle once, now beginning my 2nd time through it. I am noticably better toned, with more muscle definition than before P90X. Is P90X the "perfect workout"? No. Is it the best overall workout that someone can buy in a box? I'd say "yes". Well worth the time and money spent for the DVDs, weights, pull-up bar and yoga mat. My only suggestion? Reduce the time req'd for Yoga from 1hr:31min to about 1 hour. Considering P90X? GO for it!

Absolutely the most amazing workout ever.
I am a casino Host and part of our perks is having a "free" meal at the buffet. Well let me tell you that I ended up paying dearly for those "free" meals as my weight ballooned up by 25 lbs. I was already overweight at 5'6" and 245lbs and the extra weight put me at 265-270.
I startede P90x to get in shape and at first it was brutal but I stuck with it and after about 4 months I reduced my weight to 210lbs. NOw here is the beautiful thing at 210lbs I am wearing a size 36 jean. In the past at 210 I would have been in a size 40 jean.
Everyone at work is amazed at the transformation and approximately 7 people have bought P90X because of it. When I wear civillian clothes to work people are just utterly amazed.
Thank you Tony Horton and Beach Body for giving me my life back. Oh and BTW I am prior military and I HATED to run but after doing yoga X, I ran 4 miles for the first time in my life and it felt incredible.
Well now I'm off to do Core Synergistics. If you are thinking of buying P90X, stop thinking and just buy it. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Btw, I just found out that Dreya Webber was in a couple of movies. Pretty cool having a celebrity to work out with. Anyway, love the P90X. I'm not the fittest person, so this was pretty tough at first. I just stuck with it, doing what I can. So I didn't get the ripped abs and cut up arms, but I'm a woman, I don't want to look like that anyway. I did loose about 20 lbs. which I am totally excited about! I am a mother of 2 and that second kid really kills your body! My midsection is flat now, I can actually confidently wear a two piece bathing suit. We go to Puerto Rico every year to visit family and I always dreaded stripping down to my suit on the beach. Especially since a lot of the ladies there are in great beach shape! My cottage cheese is gone! I have naturally big legs, so they are still big, but nicely shaped and toned. Not lumpy! The best part of the results I got from the P90X was that I can actually demonstrate things to the cheerleaders I coach. They are amazed at what I can do at my age! I'm not that old, but compared to them I am! So in my case, the P90 helped me look good in a two piece and helped me get my athletic abilities back!
23yrs in the military...
Just to say thanks for your complete body work out of the P90X DVDs. We are currently in IRAQ and have about 40 people who started the program several months ago and have improved the physical fitness test by more the 30 total points. The P 90 X work out is so great I just ordered another one for my Son who is on his way to Texas for the holidays. I've been working out for 23yrs in the military, this is the best program I have ever seen. Tell your staff great workout and we in the Military appreciate the P90X.
Infomercial product worth buying
I don't usually buy things that I see on infomercials, but I was drawn to the P90X for some reason. I am not overweight by much, but enough to make me want to do something about it. I wasn't horribly shaped, just fatty. Cellulite! Anyway, I decided to try the P90X and bought it online. When I received the package in the mail, I was a little overwhelmed when I opened it. There are two guides to read and 13 DVD's. But I kept an open mind and read through everything. The following Monday, I was ready to start. It was unbelievably hard at first, and the diet was no walk in the park. I was somewhat athletic in high school, but after two kids, that goes out the window. It was hard, but I made it through the first week and I was so proud of myself! I lost a few pounds already and I was ready for week two! I am now in the second week of phase 3 and I feel great. I have so much more energy, I look way better, and I lost a total of 19 lbs already! I don't even see any of those disgusting dimples in my thighs anymore!

My mom bought the P9OX from your store over the summer. She said I wasn't active enough and needed to eat better, so after calling and talking to your reps she decided on the P90X system. It was hard for the first few weeks - real hard. Thank god I'm the type of person that finishes what they start. The P 90 X didn't just shread pounds off my body, it also built and toned the muscles that have been hiding for so long. I finished the P90X a few weeks ago, just before my mom came to visit. I think Tony Horton is a great trainer. He is a little cocky at times, but he always lets you know that you don't have do as many reps as they are all doing on the dvd, or gives you examples on how to modify things if you can't quite get it right away. Really, the whole program is very flexible and it allows you to pace yourself at first and eventually reach your own personal goals. I actually started with P90X classic and realized that this may be too hard for me. I couldn't do a single pull-up and I could only do about 5 push-ups, so I decided to do the P90X Lean. Come to find out, I still had to do push-ups, but not as many! So I made it through the whole 90 days and I was totally shocked at the transformation. I was able to take my before picture and keep myself from looking at it the whole 90 days. I was amazed at the difference in the after picture. It wasn't as dramatic as some of the really successful P90X'ers you see in the fitness guide or on the infomercial, but it was great for me. I wasn't trying to get too ripped anyway. But I lost a total of 23lbs, reduced my body fat to about 15%, and lost inches everywhere. I am so happy with my results and I owe it all to Tony!
Adding P90X to MMA training
I am a training to be a professional Mixed Martial Artist. I already have a pretty good routine, but I needed extra workouts that I could do at home to give me an edge over some of the other guys at my gym. So I bought the P90X online and started the doubles approach. The great thing about this program is that I don't have to use a certain weight. I can set my own reps and weights, which is good for someone like me who can lift more than your average joe. I used heavy weighs for most of the resistance programs and usually did 8-10 reps. I was able to bulk up a great deal. The next great thing about P90X for me was the Yoga X workout. It's tough to have larger muscles and still be flexible, but Yoga helped in that department a great deal. I need to be able to kick people in the face, ya know! The cardio workouts help me reduce my body fat so I am pretty lean right now. Not my muscles, just not a lot of fat on my body. I was the smallest guy in my gym, height wise and definition wise. Now, I'm still short, but I have a great deal of power to knock those big guys down.

Yoga X: Hated it! Now I am loving it!
Picked up the P90X three weeks ago. It's a great program, but it's not for beginners. I was sort of surprised at the level of intensity that came from a workout DVD. I was never really athletic so it was hard for me at first. But I sucked it up because I was hating my gut that I was growing. I loved the resistance workouts. The cardio workouts were pretty good too, I just hated the Yoga X. I'm generally not a calm person and this workout requires a lot of calm and concentration. I just wanted the DVD to hurry up and be done with! I mean, plank, downward dog, runners pose...this and that over and over! It was so hard and long. But after a few times doing Yoga, I came to appreciate it. It's not just a stretching routine. It really helps build core strength, which helps with everything else. Of course your flexibility improves and the thing I would have never thought would come from Yoga was that I was getting less frustrated with the other workouts. You know like the core synergistic and all those chin-ups you have to do with the resistance DVD's. It kind of improved my work ethic and concentration. I guess that is part of what Yoga is all about. So overall, I am starting to feel good. I've lost weight, toned up, lower that body fat percentage, and my gut is going down!

Look in the mirror
I hated waking up in the morning only to see a fat me in the mirror. Thanks to P90X looking in the mirror is a whole lot better! I actually can't believe what I'm seeing is me. I defintiely recommend the p90x workout.
The p90Xs workout program is the best exercise system I've ever tried
The P90Xs workout program is the best exercise system I've ever tried. Without embarrassing myself too much, lets just say I have tried a ton of programs. Tony Horton is great. He is naturally energetic and makes sure you're working hard. The Power 90X routines keep you moving for over an hour each day! You really have to "Bring It" but the results are worth it! After 90 days my body is so much more toned and firm and I've lost seventeen pounds, yes 17!!! I couldn't be happier!
Tough but fair...
Alright ladies and gents the P90X is a real deal workout program that isn't meant for the lazy, so if you're lazy and want results try buying a wand from your local magic shop. However, if you're looking to get into shape, and I mean ridiculous-crazy shape then this is for you. Unlike most programs that target 1 or 2 types of activities (Cardio, Yoga, Pilate, weight lifting, martial arts, etc.) the P90X combines them all giving you the best bang for your buck.
So here's a few things to note:
1) The workouts don't require a lot of equipment. At the end of the day all you really need are the resistance bands. While it's good to have weights and the chin-up bar you technically can do everything with just the bands.
2) The workouts are long and hard. The workouts run about an hour and 15 minutes. This includes warm up, the workout and cool down... and on some days an ab workout. You really have to dedicate time to do this. If you figure on eating and digesting before hand and then working out you're looking at nearly 2 to 2 and half hours from eating to getting in the shower after you're covered in sweat. Don't try to do these workouts on an empty stomach, you'll be dead on the floor before the warm up is done.
3) P90X will improve every aspect of your physical (and probably mental) life. Whether you're a runner, swimmer, enjoy hiking, play basketball, tennis or just want to look good in a bathing suit this is for you. As stated the workouts cover everything from flexibility to cardio to strength training and everything in between.
Bottom line is simple: If you're looking to continue rotting on your couch than buy a magic wand and say the magic words, but if you're ready to get into shape then the P90X is for you.

PX90 Workout Review: "I'm sronger in my body and mind."
Not only did I get into great physical shape, but the P90X also helped my confidence and will power. The P90X pushed me to carry on when things are difficult. I've struggled at many things in life including this, but I choose to stick with it. Now I'm in great shape, but more importantly for me I proved that I could overcome one of the most difficult obsticles in my life.
P90X is good workout!!!!!!
I buy p90x wanting to get very fit and it work very good! I loose 15 punds AND I HAVE MORE MUSCLE THAN I HAD BEFORE!!!!!!! I know you will not find better workout system you can do from home. YOU NEED THIS ONE!!!!!!
chin up bar vs. resistance bands
Just wanted to let everybody know my take on whether or not you should get the p90x chin up bar or the p90x resistance bands with door attachment. I'm on my 6th week of P90X and it's definitely a killer program for those of you who are thinking about getting it. So I bought the chin up bar initially but soon realized that for somebody like me the bands were a better fit. I'm a puny guy and while the chin up bar definitely kicks your butt I found that doing 10 - 12 reps with the bands was better than doing 10 - 12 reps with the chin up bar and using the chair (which I had to do because I couldn't lift myself without it). So the good news is that by using the bands for the first month of p90x, and really concentrating on form, I was able to switch back to using the chin up bar. It's still difficult, but I'm not using the chair right off the rip... I can get about 5 or so unassisted. P90X is definitely worth the money and the effort but make sure you're get the equipment thats going to be best for you.
I am getting into great shape at my own pace...
I was diagnosed with breast cancer on nov. 4th 2006 and have undergone a double mastectomy with reconstruction, chemotherapy and radiation. I now have neuropathy of my hands and feet. Prior to the diagnosis I ran marathons, did triathalons and was going to enter my first figure competition. I now do not have the energy to go to the gym and this workout is great. Tony will tell you if you cannot finish an exercise, that it is okay and encourages you to rest and then pick your pace when ready and also ensures you that you will be able to do the whole workout soon.
I also really enjoy the recipes that came with the px90 nutrition plan, my husband is a chef and these recipes are very tasty and fulfilling. I am getting into great shape at my own pace with the encouragement and support of my own personal trainer that I used to pay $50.00 a session and also have my own personal nutritionist to go along with it with my own personal eating plan. I also purchased the recovery formula and the orange taste is great and has plenty of nutrients to assist me to recover from the workout. I absolutely love it and will send you my p90x before and after pics when i am done. Thanks so much
