support and cushion July 24, 2009 Reviewer: hsoihr1 Product: Manduka Plyo / Yoga Mat I do a pretty intense cardio routine which I've tried on a hard gym floor, carpet and then this extra thick yoga mat and I must say the yoga mat works the best. It really does give you the extra cushion you need, but its more sturdy than the cushion of a rug. I'm a clumsy person and I always seem to twist my ankle or something when I work out on a rug. And of course a hard gym floor just hurts my knees.
Great mat! July 16, 2009 Reviewer: thespartan Product: Manduka Plyo / Yoga Mat really good mat, they weren't kidding, it is REALLY THICH! It isn't cheap but it will last a long time you can tell by the way its made. I bought a regular yoga mat from walmart for like $12 and it was practically a piece of paper compared to this thing! Good stuff buy it, you will not regret it!
