What else do I need?

If you're moving up to P90X Plus, it might be time to take a look at your equipment. Do you need heavier bands now? Are you using push-up stands yet? You may want to take a moment to look over the items below for the best possible results.
	Resistance Bands (Women) (Men) (Complete) (Extreme) If you're moving into P90X Plus you need to make sure you're upping your performance. Our Extreme Resistance bands will get you there. The kit includes a 40 lb, 45 lb and a 50 lb band and 2 sets of soft, comfort-grip handles.
	PowerStands™ Push-Up Bars (Pro) If you really want to define your chest and arms you'll definitely want to take a look at the heavy-duty, metal PowerStands. You get a greater range of motion which means better results and if you have wrist issues you'll find the PowerStands to be very helpful in this department.
	P90X Recovery Formula If you've complete the 90 days of P90X chances are you'll need to re-up on recovery drink. This is an intense workout program. When do you incorporate the p90x plus? On the off week or do you replace specific workouts with it? Just wondering what the best way to do it is

I had never done the PX90 series. My mom ordered the PX90 and received the PX90 plus instead (a minor error). So we decided we'd try it out and work through it. We are now on week 3 and I've lost 5 lbs and am seeing muscle definition I've never seen before. I'm not bored with it in any way so I'm excited to go home and work out after work with this program. Other programs and workouting out in the gym I would make excuse not to go, just wasn't keeping my attention. I have suggested this to numerous friends and will continue. Thanks PX90 for getting me fast results and keeping me motivated for a healthier me.
