multivitamin with a boost Reviewer: arizona I usually take One A Day Womens vitamin but i decided to give this a try when i started doing the slim in 6 workout. It actually does give you energy like it says. I noticed it like the second day. You just feel more awake and alert and gives you a little boost. Its also supposed to speed up your metablolizm too. So far i really like it and no weird side effects. I do a little bit jittery with those energy drinks and i have not felt that at all with this.
