It's alright... Reviewer: Smilezzz42 To be honest, Ive been doing it for about 2.5 weeks now. I know that's not much time at all but I havent really seen much results. After working out, I sweat yeah but I don't feel that burn that reassures me that I'm really working out, which for me is crucial when working out. The routines get repetitive but I would agree that it's a fun program. If you're looking for something hardcore this probably isn't for you.

3 Stars??? Reviewer: EXF20 Why only give this program 3 stars. If it works well, then give credit where it is due. Do not sleep on this program. It really works!!! More power to Shuan T for this program. I use P90X also, but when I just wanna do lighter cardio workout, I put in Hip Hop Abs to do.
fun and effective! Reviewer: LBDL1 Well, I don't really agree with the negative reviews about Hip Hop Abs. It's just a fun and easy to follow workout program. Your not going to become a Hip Hop dance diva from it, and if that's what you want I suggest you take dance lessons. The bottom line is you're going to lose weight and tone your abs. That's what it's for!
I did it for 60 days and went down 2 jean sizes. Goal accomplished! It's a really good alternative exercise program for those who really hate the traditional routines and love to dance. Definitely would recommend to my friends, actually it would probably be a lot of fun to do with a group of good friends!
don't use these moves in the club Reviewer: pop-pop82 Ok, well, hum..... As far as an ab workout goes, it's good. You'll definitely be working out your abs. You pretty much have them "engaged" the entire time, which is great. And it was much more fun to do because I like to dance and I hate working out. It didn't feel like a workout. Win Win!
The dance moves were fun to do at home with no one watching. But, I wouldn't take the "moves" you learn in these videos to the clubs, you'll look like a fool (they are the kind you find in early Britney Spears videos). But, if your completely trashed, then go for it, it's all good!
