To be honest, Ive been doing it for about 2.5 weeks now. I know that's not much time at all but I havent really seen much results. After working out, I sweat yeah but I don't feel that burn that reassures me that I'm really working out, which for me is crucial when working out. The routines get repetitive but I would agree that it's a fun program. If you're looking for something hardcore this probably isn't for you.
