How do I cancel my order?
Proccessing begins at the time an order is received. We’re sorry we cannot cancel your order. If you have changed your mind and do not wish to receive the items you ordered, simply refuse the delivery upon arrival and we will issue you a refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Where is my order?
If you have not yet received your order don't worry! It’s on its way. Shipping times vary depending on location. Please review our shipping information for more details. To check on the status of your order at any time visit the track order page and enter your last name and email address.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to the U.S. and Canada ONLY

What if my package arrives damaged, and I need to make a return?
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all the items we sell. Please consult our return policy for details on how to easily return your product(s).

How can I pay for my order?
Orders on our website may be placed using a major credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Debit cards may also be used as long as the card has the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Will my credit card transaction be safe with you?
Yes. We use industry standard 100% secure 128bit SSL Encryption Technology which means credit card transactions are completely safe on this website.

Will I be charged sales tax on my purchase?
8% Sales Tax will be collected for those orders shipped to addresses within the State of New York. Sales tax is not charged for all other states.

How do I purchase more than one product?
After you add a product to your shopping cart, you can continue to browse or add additional products to your order by clicking the "keep shopping" link.

Why haven't I received my order confirmation email?
Spam filtering software may be installed on your computer or used by your email provider or Internet service provider. To ensure that you receive our emails and our responses to your inquiries, do one of the following:

2- Check your junk, bulk or spam folder.
