Good taste... Use a blender Reviewer: oakland If you're doing p90x and you really follow the guide, you need to get some protein powder. I decided to go with the the official beachbody whey protein and the chocolate taste is pretty good. Don't expect this to be super sweet or anything. You can't have all that extra sugar in your diet. I usually make a smoothy from the guide with frozen berries a banana and some ice. If you just throw it in water and try to stir it with a spoon you will get clumps so use a blender. The price is really not that bad compared to other quality stuff you get at GNC and the like.
