There are numerous reasons to lose weight but here’s one you might not have heard before, it can cause cancer. That’s right, the American Institute for Cancer Research said so this month. 6% of all the U.S. cancer cases are being attributed to obesity, that’s 100,000 people every year. Have you been thinking about working out or going on a diet? Maybe this news will prod you to do so.
You don’t need to join a gym to get into shape and you don’t need to completely change your lifestyle. You can start simple and begin by cutting out bad foods like soda, candy, potato chips and unhealthy snacks between meals. Substitute these foods with water, fruits and vegetables. With the 10 Minute Trainer you can start working out in your home for as little as 10 minutes a day. Included with the 10 Minute Trainer is a guide for making quick and healthy meals.
So get off the fence about getting into shape and start today, it could save your life!

Wouldn’t it be great if you could get a complete and invigorating workout with out taking so much time out of your day? Many of us don’t have time to work out for 30 minutes or more a day between work and family. Even if we do have some time to spare most of us would rather do something a little more enjoyable than running or lifting some weights. The 10 Minute Trainer program is a great solution to this constant battle between time and exercise. It allows you to get an intense workout in a shorter period of time.
Recent research done by Martin Gibala, chair of the department of kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, who studies short-burst training, has shown that a good workout is possible with shorter exercising routines. After a six week study it was found that people who work out for shorter intervals at a higher intensity levels produced the same results as people who work out for longer periods of time at a steady lower pace.
But be aware that this type of exercising may not be for everyone. If you are extremely out of shape or over weight you may not want to jump right in to this intense method. It may sound easy because it is for a shorter interval of time, but remember, for it to work it needs to be done at a much higher level of intensity. You may want to consult your doctor to find out if this type of exercise program, like the 10 Minute Trainer , will be good for you.

Those of us who have done P9OX know how tough those first few weeks can be. Getting in a new routine is tough anyways, but when it involved the intensity of P9OX it can be even harder. Depending on your fitness level, you will move your body in ways it has never seen when you begin the program. It gets a little easier as time progresses but P9OX is a constant challenge.
Any good workout should be intense. You should know within the first 15 minutes if you have chosen a workout that is going to push you like it should. With P9OX workouts, you know immediately.
Tony Horton created the P9OX program to give people serious results. Losing weight is one thing but when you lose dramatic amounts of fat and gain serious muscle simultaneously, you will be amazed at how you look. The P9OX program was created to do just that.
Have you ever walked by a mirror and doubled back thinking “I look hot!”? You will when you are working out with P9OX. You will amaze yourself with the workouts you are able to complete and the transformation that takes place within your body and mind.
P9OX is a difficult workout system; there is no doubt about that. But the effort is rewarded with big results. Using the system as it was intended, following the workout calendars and the nutrition guide, you will begin to see results very quickly. And with the muscle confusion approach you won’t get stalled out on a plateau.
Consistently pushing yourself past what you thought your limits were will get you the body of your dreams. The P9OX program has the potential to change your body and your life, making you into a fitness buff and serious looker within 90 days!

When beginning a fitness program motivation is a serious issue. While it may come and go, getting yourself into small related habits can help make the actual workouts easier. For instance, changing into your workout clothes right when you roll out of bed or getting your post workout snack ready before the workout are both small routines that can help you succeed in a fitness plan. Another good strategy is tracking your progress with a free printable exercise log.
Free printable exercise logs do several things. By knowing what you did and the weights and reps you used, you are certain to make steady progress. If you are unsure of which weight you used last time you may spend a few unnecessary minutes adjusting and finding the right resistance. With a free printable exercise log, you just look and grab, knowing that what you were able to do last time is a good indicator of what you can handle today.
Another good use of a free printable exercise log is tracking how you felt during your workout. Perhaps on Monday your energy was low and motivation was lacking. Tracking which days are “good” workout days and which are “bad” you may be able to pinpoint what is causing you trouble in your workouts and adjust accordingly.
Tracking tools like a free printable exercise log are an excellent way of keeping tabs on your progress. As you increase weight, reps, and minutes spent on your workouts you will see your body change and your attitude towards the workouts change as well.
Check out these sites for some good examples of free printable exercise logs. Better yet, create your own with the columns and topics you want and need.

You can only do so many crunches before you start looking for other ways to get that stomach in shape. Good abdominal workouts should be able to blast your abs into shape in a relatively short amount of time. For those of us who have truly experienced a good ab workout know that 10 to 20 minutes can be plenty of time for soreness to take over the next day.
Good abdominal workouts should be able to be done in your own home. No fancy gym equipment is needed to firm up your midsection. If you are looking for a great addition to your home fitness library check out the abdominal workouts in P90X, 10 Minute Trainer, or Turbo Jam. Both are complete home fitness systems with excellent abdominal workouts included.
When developing your abs with a good abdominal workout, you want to uncover your work by making your entire body lean as well. You can’t show off your 6-pack if you’ve got a keg on top of it! A good abdominal workout can only do so much, the rest is up to diet and fat loss.
A home fitness system can ensure that you are losing fat all over while gaining muscle. This means that with the addition of a good abdominal workout, your flat chiseled abs will show through rather than be masked by fat on top. Some people think they can “spot train” or do sit ups to lose fat on their stomach. While it’s true that any exercise will burn calories, sit-ups or other good abdominal workouts won’t directly get rid of your chubby tummy.
The key in uncovering that hard work on your stomach is losing fat, eating right, and adding a good abdominal workout. The ab work won’t do it all and must be done in conjunction with the rest. If you want to get ripped and have lean muscles and a toned physique, you may want to give a fitness program a shot. Not only will your 6-pack show up sooner but so will your strong arms and defined legs!

We all need an extra push sometimes when we are working out. We may start out full throttle but lose our steam about midway through the workout. What makes you push through that down time is essential. We have all had days where that downtime midway through the workout won and we quit. Turbo Jam music is one of those things that can push you through when your energy is lacking.
Although it shouldn’t be, enthusiasm is somewhat necessary in workout success. If your energy is high you will work harder. When you work harder you burn more calories, build more muscle, and lose more weight. Chalene Johnson knows all about enthusiasm and interjects it throughout the Turbo Jam series, Turbo Jam music is evidence of this.
Turbo Jam music is some serious heart pumping jams. Heavy on the beats and with great motivational lyrics, Turbo Jam music has the potential to be that push you need when things slow down. Chalene Johnson is a great dancer and her knowledge of dance style music is on point. She knew that in designing a high energy workout series, the right music was vital.
Some workout videos add music as a second thought. The workout itself gets all the attention while the music takes a back seat. Turbo Jam doesn’t skip a beat with excellent workout moves and high quality Turbo Jam music as well. By syncing the moves to high energy party music, you are sure to get the most out of your workout. Turbo Jam music will make a difference in your workout and the effectiveness of your exercise routine.
Turbo Jam music fits the workout perfectly. If you are musically inclined you may have found yourself fumbling trying to keep up with exercise moves that don’t fit the music. Many of us want to move to the beat but if the fitness routine doesn’t match the music then we might feel out of sync through the whole workout. With Turbo Jam music, there is none of that awkwardness.
Finding a great high energy workout isn’t difficult. Finding one that can keep you excited throughout is another story. With Turbo Jam your search for the complete workout with excellent music and great enthusiasm has gotten a whole lot easier. Turbo Jam music will be the push you need to keep moving.

Adults today have very busy lives. We manage to schedule something into nearly every minute of our days. Trying to find time to schedule something additional can seem impossible. If the new addition to our lives is considered “optional” we may just decide it’s better off left out. This is why scheduling a daily exercise workout should not be considered an option. Fitness and health should be a priority or even a necessity in your life. Taking time for yourself should be non-negotiable and not up for compromise. Boundaries may have to be set but when your mental and physical health is on the line, it should be an easy decision.
Everyday we work, eat, sleep, maybe cook, clean, take care of other people, and we leave little time for taking care of ourselves. Think about what you do on a daily basis. When it looks like the day is running short on time and we need to make a sacrifice, we often take time from the few things we do for ourselves. Getting less sleep or eating on the run are ways we commonly cope. Because no one is making the sacrifices for you, you must learn to set boundaries and demand time for you in your life. A daily exercise workout is a great example of this.
Exercise is an excellent stress reliever for the busy adult. A daily exercise workout can make you feel better about how you look as well as leave you feeling more alert and relaxed. The exertion of energy and a good sweat can be just as good if not better than a massage, hot bath, or other relaxation methods. Aside from the health benefits of a daily exercise workout, fitness provides a great outlet for stress.
A daily exercise workout can also assist with weight loss and general overall health. Elevating your heart rate on a consistent basis is a great exercise for that large and important muscle. Burning calories is just a side effect from that. Building muscle and toning you physique, often the only reasons for a workout, are also great side effects.
Because we don’t take enough time for ourselves today, you have to make fitness and a daily exercise workout a priority. By deciding that you deserve 30 minutes to an hour a day top reconnect with yourself and take care of your body, you can be on your way to lower stress and a slimmer physique. When you are in a time crunch and something has to give on your schedule, don’t be so quick to eliminate your daily exercise workout. Maybe you can reschedule a meeting or get your workout in first thing in the morning.
Do what you can to make your health a priority with a daily exercise workout.

Everything is done at full speed in your life. From your commute to your meal preparation, you hardly take a break to sleep. The minute the alarm sounds in the morning you are in the shower, dressed, and out the door. Meals are always something easy and within reach and workouts are non-existent. Perhaps you have toyed with the idea of starting a fitness program, but time has been the major obstacle. You need a fast workout for your fast life that will give you great, maintainable results. We must take time for ourselves in our busy lives. You can’t go on running at full speed without giving yourself moments to recharge and reconnect with your body. Non-stop action leads to serious stress. Stress can be a factor leading to obesity, heart disease, and high blood pressure. Because you are constantly on the move, it takes some serious scheduling and dedication to stay with a fitness routine. However, when your fitness routine contains fast workouts like 10 Minute Trainer, finding time is easier. 10 Minute Trainer was created with people like you in mind. Tony Horton knew that the modern adult needed a fast workout that could easily be incorporated into their busy daily schedule. With manageable 10 minute workouts, busy adults can more easily fit fitness into their lives. By simply carving 10 minutes out before your morning shower or 10 minutes when winding down in the evening you can be on your way to a healthy body and lower stress.
A fast workout can still be an effective workout.
When your body multitasks like you do, the work pays off. Tony created the “super stacking” technique in 10 Minute Trainer to cause your muscles to multitask. Rather than work one group at a time, you often find yourselves working two muscle groups simultaneously to get the most out of your 10 minute workout.
If you have a little more time on the weekend, you can do more than one 10 minute routine. Because these fast workouts are so versatile, you can mix and match them, even doing a full 30 to 40 minute workout if time permits. 10 Minute Trainer workouts will work your body. These aren’t some simple way to spend 10 minutes. But, we know that if you give your fast workout the intensity that you do the rest of your life, you will see great results in a short amount of time.
Finding an effective fast workout to fit into your busy schedule shouldn’t be difficult. When you spend all day running around, you should be able to dedicate 10 Minutes to your health. An excellent fitness routine that even includes 10 minute recipes for meals on the go, the 10 Minute Trainer was made for someone like you.

So often we are tempted to put a time limit on our health and fitness goals. We see new products make promises we know they can’t keep: “Lose 10 pounds in 10 hours!!”. But because we are lured by a time guarantee we often buy into things that our better sense cautions us against. There is no question that long lasting fitness progress requires hard work, and more than 10 hours and empty promises. A 90 day workout plan that focuses on better eating and really working your body is a realistic timeframe that can give you the results you want, if you are willing to do the work. The harder you work on your fitness routine, the more drastic results you will see. You know you can’t expect to truly change your body or even change your fitness habits in 10 hours or even 2 weeks. New habits are built through routine and repetition. Hard bodies are built through sweat and hard work consistently applied over a measurable amount of time. A high quality 90 day workout has the potential to not only change your body but to transform your attitude about fitness and health overall. If you have accepted the fact that the body and mind transformation will take nothing short of seriously hard work and a period of months rather than days, then you may be ready to commit to a 90 day workout program that lives up to its promises when you live up to the hard work required. P90X is the ultimate in 90 day workouts. It is the ultimate in home fitness programs! P90X can promise extreme results because the program is based on the knowledge and experience of celebrity trainer Tony Horton. Horton knows that there is no substitute for hard work when it comes to a total body transformation. With his expertise and motivation, you will be driven to achieve the results you have been seeking all along. This 90 day workout goes above and beyond any home fitness system you have ever experienced. There is no doubt that you will likely work harder with this program than any other home fitness routine. The physical and mental rewards that go hand in hand with it, however, make the time and sweat worth it.
