10 Minute Trainer is one of the hottest selling at home workout programs currently available. Its appeal is obvious: fully customizable workouts designed to fit even the most hectic schedule. However, despite its effectiveness, there are some misunderstandings about the program. So, let’s get one thing out of the way. When it comes to 10 Minute Trainer, the best results will be achieved when you stack workouts. This means that 20, 30, and even 40 minute workout days will result in much better changes than a 10 minute workout.
The main misconception when it comes to the 10 Minute Trainer program is that you can get dramatic and healthy weight loss results by working out for 10 minutes a day. While 10 minutes is better than no workout at all, the real results happen when you are able to combine the 10 minute workouts.
Ten Minute Trainer was created to allow workout customization. Tony Horton wants you to combine the workouts. The program wasn’t made to make you ripped in ten minutes; it was made to give you options.
Like any other effective workout program, 10 Minute Trainer requires hard work to see good results. Also like any other workout program, the best results are worth waiting for. Sure, it’s easy to lose weight fast, but the fact is that extreme diets don’t typically result in lasting weight loss.
If you only have 10 minutes to workout on a particular day, then do it. Do what you can. But make up for the shortcomings on days when time is a little more ample.
10 Minute Trainer is the busy man’s workout (or busy woman). This program doesn’t guarantee effortless transformation but it does deliver an easily implemented high quality total body workout designed by one of the top trainers in the game.

Working out is an exercise in time management as much as it is an exercise in fitness. Finding workout programs that fit your busy life can be tricky. However, finding quick and effective workouts is not entirely impossible. A 10 minute ab workout is long enough to get your midsection toned and ready for summer, but remember to include it as part of a larger fitness plan.
The best 10 minute ab workout is one that is used in conjunction with a total body workout. Chiseled abs are great, if you can see them. However, if your stomach could stand to lose some fat, a 10 minute ab workout won’t be enough if used alone. Finding an ab workout that is both effective and efficient is key.
A 10 minute ab workout is appealing because it is manageable. But imagine if this effective ab workout was part of a workout series that allowed you to get fit in only 10 minute increments. This means you could stack 3 ten minute workouts on weekday mornings, two when you’re busy, and maybe even 4 over the weekend. When you add a ten minute ab workout to that plan, you have a recipe for fitness success.
10 Minute Trainer is just that program. Developed by Tony Horton for people with busy day to day schedules, this system includes several time-conscious workouts, including a highly effective bonus, a 10 minute ab workout.
The 10 minute ab workout included with Ten Minute Trainer is just one bonus you get with this series, a series that allows you to totally customize your workouts based on the time you have available. When you are ready to get fit and want to include a superior ab routine with an efficient workout system, 10 Minute Trainer may be the right fit for you.

When shopping for a fitness program, people ask a lot of questions. A curious shopper is a smart shopper and here at ExtremeBody Workout, we welcome the questions. You may wonder if the program you have your eyes on comes with certain features or if it is right for older adults or teens. Perhaps the most basic question, however, is whether or not the program works.
One of the best modern workout systems currently on the market is Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer. If you are a busy adult looking for the perfect system for your lifestyle, you may be interested in this customizeable program made just for people like you. It is only natural then, to wonder, does 10 Minute Trainer work?
Does 10 Minute Trainer work? The short answer is yes. But, let’s take a closer look at the program to determine exactly how it works.
Ten Minute Trainer was designed for the active, busy modern adult. Tony Horton knows one of the biggest obstacles to people getting fit is time. Finding time for a workout can be impossible and when you ask people what stands between them and a fit lifestyle, the answer is often: time.
Does 10 Minute Trainer work for everyone? Like any fitness program, it only works for people who have the commitment necessary. If you are not totally dedicated to making exercise part of your lifestyle, no workout program will work for you. However, once you make the conscious decision to get fit, it opens up several options of effective workouts: Ten Minute Trainer being one.
When wondering if 10 Minute Trainer works, an important fact that must be grasped is that the program works as well as you want it to. This is no gimmick, no fad, and it is definitely not something that offers effortless success. No, 10 Minute Trainer requires hard work. But, it allows you to workout when you have the time for the duration that best meets your needs. And when it comes down to it: Ten Minute Trainer works!

Committing to a workout program is one thing. Following through and making it a regular habit is quite another. Think of all the New Year’s resolutions that get made and then broken and then consider why they fail. Many of us are good at making the decision to get fit. But, somewhere between thinking about it and actually doing it, our resolve wears off. Of course there are several reasons why this happens. One of the major culprits, however, is lack of time and failure to prepare. Those that create workout routine schedules are far more likely to stick with their new-found fitness resolutions than those who do not.
Simply saying “I’m going to get fit!” or even purchasing a high quality fitness program like Turbo Jam isn’t enough. When you have failed at fitness goals in the past, you must prepare for all of the potential obstacles you will overcome. One of the greatest of these is time.
Workout routine schedules simply involve scheduling your workout ahead of time and not letting anything but the direst of circumstances come between them and your desire to get fit and healthy. By making workout routine schedules you are essentially making appointments with yourself. This requires making you a priority in your life. Are you worth keeping an appointment with?
Many of us cram our schedules so tight it becomes very easy to say “I don’t have time” when it comes to fitness. By making workout routine schedules you are setting aside time for fitness and keeping that time sacred as you would any other important appointment.
If you use a planner, pencil in your workouts at least one week in advance. If you can block out the time for a month, that’s even better. Block out at least an hour for 4 to 6 days a week for your fitness time. Commit to this schedule for at least 60 days and see if a workout routine schedule hasn’t helped you.
If you run on a tight schedule and are seeking a fitness program that can easily work into your busy life, consider Ten Minute Trainer. These highly customizable workouts are perfect for the modern adult.

Okay, we here at ExtremeBody Workout like resistance band exercises. No, it’s not only because we sell resistance bands but because we truly believe they are a great way to get fit. Their unassuming appearance often gets them overlooked by people serious about getting fit, and this is unfortunate.
Resistance band exercises can be as effective as dumbbell workouts. They offer an alternate way of getting fit in an inexpensive and convenient small package. Resistance bands like those that we have here, come in several “weights” or resistance levels. This allows you to get proper resistance for your workouts, similar to choosing the right dumbbells or plate settings at the gym.
Several of our workout systems use resistance band exercises. They don’t do this to sell resistance bands, they do this because resistance bands work! Whether you are looking at Ten Minute Trainer, ChaLEAN Extreme, or P90X, you will find people making radical body transformations with the use of resistance band exercises.
Aside from them being effective, resistance bands are far more portable than dumbbells. When’s the last time you tried carrying your weights on a plane or packing your home gym in your trunk? Resistance bands are easily stored and easily transported. Depending on your workplace, you could even fit a few resistance bands into your desk drawer for use throughout the day.
Resistance band exercises work on many levels, furthering your fitness goals and making it easy to step your workouts up to another level. Using resistance bands in your workout plan will get you serious results and do so at a minimal cost when compared with the alternatives.
The best resistance band exercises are those that you can adjust to meet your fitness needs. There really is a never ending number of options when working out with resistance bands. Check out any of our fitness programs for new resistance band moves and highly effective fitness training.

How much spare time do you have? If you are anything like the majority of adult Americans the answer probably isn’t much. When we do have spare time, many of us would prefer to spend it sleeping, something we don’t have much time for either. However, when you make your health a priority you need to find a home workout routine that will easily fit into your life.
If being too busy is your common excuse for many things, you need a home workout routine that won’t allow you to be “too busy”. You need something that is flexible and can be done in minimal time. More than likely, you need a home workout routine like 10 Minute Trainer.
10 Minute Trainer was created by celebrity trainer Tony Horton for people just like you. You want to commit to your health but have a hard time sticking with a program due to time constraints. Horton created this program to ensure there was a home workout routine for even the busiest people.
Being able to customize your home workout routine is one thing that 10 Minute Trainer can deliver. On days when it takes everything you go to free up 20 minutes, you can take it easy and stack only two of the 10 minute workouts. On the weekends or on days when things aren’t quite so hectic, you can ramp up those workout minutes by stacking 3 or 4 workouts to ensure you really get your sweat on.
A highly customizable home workout routine is super convenient and effective. When you can determine how long your workout will be each day and cater it to fit your schedule, you are more likely to succeed at lasting weight loss.
Not having enough time simply isn’t a good excuse with 10 Minute Trainer. It was created to do away with that common excuse and provide real fitness in a time saving method.

More than likely you aren’t a personal trainer. You may have some fitness know-how but are a little lost when it comes to designing a fitness plan. You’re not alone. Many of us want to look and feel our best but aren’t quite sure how. We may know that we need to get some cardio and some strength training but don’t know how to put it all together.
There are several things to keep in mind when designing a fitness plan. True, you do want something that contains both cardio and strength training. They both definitely have their place in a customized fitness plan. But you also need to remember that flexibility and stretching are crucial but often overlooked components.
Knowing your schedule and what timeframes work for you is also important. If you can only spare 30 minutes on weekdays and 1 hour on the weekends, 90 minute workouts won’t be right for you. Remember to keep it practical when designing a fitness plan.
When all else fails, look for help.
The majority of high quality home workout systems, like those we sell here, will help you in designing a fitness plan. For instance, P90X and Ten Minute Trainer are two very different systems but both include an excellent workout calendar and easy to follow plan.
Using a home workout system that comes with a fitness plan is a perfect way to take the guesswork out of designing a fitness plan. Professionals put these fitness plans together because they know exactly what components are necessary in a superior workout program. This allows you to simply select the one that most closely matches what you want and then focus on getting fit, not worrying about what to do on which day.
Designing a fitness plan can be tricky but no one said you had to do it alone. Programs like P90X and ChaLEAN Extreme were created with very specific fitness plans to meet your specific fitness needs.

The Ten Minute Trainer program uses both cardio and strength training to get results you want to see. Both are vital components in a workout system and this program delivers them in record time. You will tone your muscles and lose fat with the Ten Minute Trainer, and it won’t take all day.

There is no question that Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer is a fast and effective way of getting fit in a short amount of time. Created with today’s over-scheduled adult in mind, the 10 Minute Trainer program manages to give you a full body workout in just 10 minutes a day. Used alone, the program would work, getting your body into shape 10 minutes at a time. Used in conjunction with resistance bands, however, the program can transform your body much quicker. Celebrity trainer, Tony Horton, developed the 10 Minute Trainer program as an answer to the ever popular excuse for inactivity, “I don’t have the time”. By successfully creating workouts and a nutritional plan targeted at busy adults, he showed that it doesn’t take hours a day to stay fit and active. Because you are fitting a whole body workout into 10 minutes, it is important to really get the most out of it. By including resistance bands in the program Tony found a way to take those 10 minute workout sessions to another level.
Resistance bands multiply the energy used by your muscles, burning more calories and building more muscle. Adding any type of resistance to an exercise makes it more productive. Weight lifters would not improve if they didn’t keep adding weight. Runners couldn’t win races if they didn’t keep setting harder goals. Adding resistance is how athletes improve. But you don’t have to be a professional athlete to learn from them. Adding resistance bands to the 10 Minute Trainer program pushes your body to reach further in its fitness goals.
If you are starting any exercise program and coming from a completely sedentary lifestyle, your body will change. Not being accustomed to moving around and being active, your muscles will respond to any exercise. Once you reach a certain level though, you will have to up the ante to keep that transformation in progress. Resistance bands will push you through any fitness plateaus. If you are entering the 10 Minute Trainer program as someone who already finds time to exercise, the resistance bands can challenge you further.
Tony Horton’s breakthrough Super Stacking Technique allows your entire body to get a thorough workout in 10 minutes. Rather than focusing on cardio, followed by a toning and sculpting session, this technique allows you to get it all done simultaneously. Further intensifying this body changing technique through the use of professional grade resistance bands will help you create the body you want in the time you can afford.
Like a professional athlete has to keep pushing their body to perform at higher and higher levels, you too must challenge your body to get the most out of your workouts. More effective than using the resistance provided by your own body weight, and much more convenient than a traditional set of weights, resistance bands are the challenge your body needs in a simple but high quality package.

It’s been said that being a mom is the hardest job in the world. Ask any mom and chances are she will agree. Between shuttling the kids to all of their activities and being an involved parent, to ensuring they have clean clothes on their back and a nice place to come home to, moms have little time to rest, let alone time to dedicate to themselves or their health. Too often, in an effort to keep everyone else’s life in order, mom neglects her own. Worrying about what healthy foods to pack in the kids’ lunch, she settles for whatever is quick in herself. Time without the kids is either spent at her job or working around the house, maintaining the place that her family calls home. Although she might not be happy with how she feels or how she looks in her clothes, it is easy to ignore her own needs with so many other things on her plate. What if moms could get fit and feel better in a matter of minutes a day? With Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer, moms like you can take 10 minutes during homework time or after the kids are in bed and manage to get fit and healthy. In just 10 minutes you can be on your way to a healthier body. 10 minutes! It may seem that carving out 10 minutes for yourself is impossible. But think of the benefits. A physically fit body inspires more confidence and promotes one thing that all busy moms can use: more energy!
The revolutionary 10 Minute Trainer program utilizes highly effective workouts with a sensible eating plan to give busy moms the results they want in the time even they can spare. Celebrity trainer Tony Horton developed Ten Minute Trainer with today’s busy lifestyles in mind. He knew that modern adults needed something that would forever invalidate the “I don’t have time” excuse. This program manages to fit all the necessary components of a high quality exercise program in 10 minute increments.
In what Horton refers to as the Super Stacking Technique, the 10 minute workouts are muscle multi-taskers. Contrary to typical traditional exercises, the Ten Minute Trainer program works multiple muscle groups simultaneously. It also combines moves that burn fat and tone at the same time. This eliminates the need to move from a cardio session to a toning session, saving time and super stacking your results as well.
The eating plan included with the 10 Minute Trainer is the other quick and time saving aspect of the 10 Minute Trainer. Tony put together some great meal and snack recipes, all ready in 10 minutes or less. This means that while mom is getting dinner ready for the family, she can easily throw together one of the 10 minute meals and manage to stick to her plan of optimum health and fitness.
Moms are the queens of multitasking, managing to schedule numerous activities for multiple people in a single day. While finding 10 minutes may seem quite easy, the scheduling skills of a mom will only assist in maintaining the program. A customized workout calendar provides mom with a time tracking tool to stay organized and on track.
Sometimes busy moms need to be reminded of the importance of taking time for self. They easily forget their own needs while ensuring everyone else’s are met. Dedicating 10 minutes a day to health and fitness allows mom to reconnect and rejuvenate in an easy and quick manner. In no time her confidence will grow as her waistline shrinks. Fitting into pre-pregnancy jeans and feeling more energized than ever before, she will remember why taking time for herself is so important.

Who has time for a fitness regimen? With all of the things keeping the modern adult busy, it seems impossible to find anytime to dedicate to fitness. Many of us assume since we don’t have hours to commit to our fitness, it isn’t worth it. This, however, is not the case! Tony Horton, a celebrity trainer and fitness developer, has created a solution to the busy lifestyle that keeps many from ignoring their health altogether. The 10 Minute Trainer only requires 10 minutes a day. Ten minutes! This leaves no room for the lack of time excuse. Carving out 10 minutes a day to change the rest of your life is a no-brainer.
Through his Super Stacking Technique ™, Tony maximizes every second of those 10 minutes to ensure you are getting the best workout possible in the shortest amount of time. Rather than moving from a cardio routine to strength training, Tony combines them all. By incorporating the toning and body sculpting into the cardio routine, you can be sure that you are getting a total body workout in just 10 minutes.
The 10 Minute Trainer includes four 10 minute workouts led by famous personal trainer Tony Horton. The four workouts are targeted to work your whole body throughout the week. By requiring your body to “multitask”, you are able to hit all of the major muscle groups and pull together a fit body in a relatively short amount of time.
Four workouts make up the 10 Minute Trainer program. The Total Body routine does just what it says. In 10 minutes you knock out 10 moves that work your whole body from top to bottom. The Cardio routine gets your heart pumping for maximum fat burning. One entire 10 minute workout is dedicated to your lower half. The Lower Body routine tones and tightens below the waist. Not wanting to leave you stiff, the Yoga Flex workout ensures those muscles are kept long, lean, and flexible.
Along with the 10 minute Trainer workout DVDs, you also get Tony’s workout calendar which helps you schedule your day ahead of time, leaving no reason for you to back out of your 10 minute fitness regimen. A guidebook and helpful 10 minute meals assist in the quest for a leaner healthier body, fast. By combining the workout DVD’s with resistance bands, Tony is able to work your body even harder leading to maximum results in minimum time.
We are all strapped for time. Between careers, families, and relaxing we seem too quick to put our health on the backburner. So many people are looking for a quick fix to cure their fitness woes. There is no true permanent solution, however, that doesn’t include exercise and quality, healthy foods.
The 10 Minute Trainer combines the two things that lead to lasting health, exercise and diet. It does so in a way that the typical modern day busy adult can handle. Trainer Tony Horton delivers quality 10 minute workouts in a fun and energetic way, leaving you wanting more!
