The idea is that they are all created for women and none are challenging enough for men seeking a real, hard core workout. Nevermind the fact that women can workout just as hard as men, men want to feel seriously challenged in an at home workout. For that reason, we are here to discuss some of the at home workouts for men we sell here at Extreme Body Workout.

One of our original at home workouts for men is the first Power 90. This workout is a great start up for men who eventually would like to work through P90X and even P90X Plus. Power 90 promises 90 days to a new body. It does this with the help of celebrity trainer Tony Horton and 7 targeted workouts. Sectional progression is used to sculpt and define each muscle group in this basic but very challenging program.

For Power 90 graduates or for men who are already pretty fit, we carry the bestselling in at home workouts for men: P90X. P90X is the ultimate in at home workouts for men. If you ever thought that at home workouts weren’t challenging, this program will prove you wrong. Using the science of muscle confusion, Horton moves men through a series of cardio and strength training workouts designed to get your body into the best shape ever.

Finally, for the man who has limited time, there’s Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer. When shopping for at home workouts for men, this one is the most appealing for men who want to stay in good shape but whose life requires a customizable workout. 10 Minute Trainer allows men to create a workout that they have time for, whether it is 20, 30, or 40 minutes long.

At home workouts for men do exist and we carry some of the best here. Don’t let the misconceptions about at home workouts blur your vision. These workouts can change the way you view an at home workout and change your body for good.

Before buying something it is pretty common for people to seek out reviews on the product. This is true for workout systems, supplements, and many other things. You want to be certain you are spending your money on something that is worth your time and effort. This is totally normal and what makes a good shopper! We encourage our customers to check out unbiased Power 90 reviews and reviews of all of our products.

People who have already tried the system are a great source of information. Power 90 reviews provide unbiased information from people who have taken the plunge and tried the product. We like to think that everyone who does the program and follows it correctly will be impressed with their results. We honestly think you will find this to be true.

Power 90 and its predecessor P90X are both excellent systems for transforming your body and getting serious about fitness. Both created by celebrity trainer Tony Horton, these programs are relentless in their energy and progressively difficult workouts. Power 90 reviews may shed some light on just what you can expect from this program.

Many people like to keep blogs when beginning a workout program like these so be sure to look for some of those in your research. These longer more extensive Power 90 reviews will show you reactions to specific workouts and are great for getting real time progress reports from the blogger.

A fitness program should be taken seriously and we understand the need to look for unbiased reviews. I can tell you that Power 90 works or that P90X is a superior home fitness program until I am blue in the face but in all likelihood you will think I am slightly biased. P90X and Power 90 reviews are a great way to know if a workout is the right workout for you. Just remember, at some point you will need to stop researching and try the program yourself!

P90X is a serious workout program. Not everyone can jump right into it. If you are seriously overweight or just not accustomed to regular exercise, Power 90 may be a better starting point for you. Using Power 90 results in better overall health and fitness. Still a intense workout system, Power 90 is slightly easier than P90X, making it a great stepping stone.

You can prepare yourself for P90X and get results in the meantime with Power 90.

You will see Power 90 results in just 30 minutes a day. P90X requires 60-90 minute workouts, so this cut in time will definitely be easier for those who aren’t accustomed to intense fitness training. Sectional progression works to get you in shape and feeling better with Power 90.

Using Power 90 and working out with Tony Horton can be challenging for beginners, but it’s supposed to be! We get results when we push our bodies and our bodies respond to the effort. What I mean is, when we raise the bar our bodies rise to the occasion. Power 90 results ware evidence of this.

With Power 90 you get 7 workouts, each designed to get you closer to your fitness goals and closer to P90X. Even if you choose to do this system for its own benefits and not as a precursor to P90X, you will be pleased with your Power 90 results.

This is the system that started it all. This is where Tony Horton really rose to home workout stardom, because you will be amazed when you see your Power 90 results. You will lose fat, gain muscle, and improve your attitude in the process.

Whether you are preparing for P90X or just wanting a great 30 minute workout system, Power 90 is the perfect answer.

Maybe you are like the few Americans who are pleased with what they see on the scale. We all know that 200 lbs on one person doesn’t always look the same on someone else. We’ve also been told that muscle weighs more than fat. So even if you are okay what the scale says, you may not be pleased with what that weight consists of.

The phrase “muscle weighs more than fat” is tossed around all the time. This phrase and what it means is often misused and misunderstood. One pound of fat and one pound of muscle weigh the same: one pound. However, muscle is more dense than fat. This means that 5 pounds of muscle on your body will look leaner and healthier than 5 pounds of fat. So, a muscular 200 pounds looks very different from a flabby 200 pounds.

Changing your body composition (what your body is made of) can mean the difference in fitting into those college jeans you have been holding onto. Even if you weigh what you did when you were 18, chances are it looks very different. Firming up and gaining muscle mass while losing fat can be just as challenging as losing weight in general, requiring dedication to a regular fitness plan.

Fat does not turn into muscle. When you change the composition of your body you are actually losing the fat and adding muscle, not magically morphing one into the other. So while it will not require a drastic cut in calories like typical weight loss, it will require hard work and a conscious effort.

Building muscle requires using muscles and gradually and consistently increasing resistance and weight. Because muscle burns more calories than fat, as you increase your muscle mass, your body will naturally burn more fat, furthering your transition from soft to hard body.

Finding an exercise routine that challenges your muscles sufficiently and makes this transition possible is not as difficult as it might seem. You don’t necessarily have to spend countless hours in the gym. With programs like P90X you can get the muscular body you’ve always wanted in your own home and on your own time.

Through the power of muscle confusion and sheer enthusiasm, trainer Tony Horton guides you through a body transforming process that will have your muscles working and potentially growing like never before. By alternating moves and exercises, you’re continually challenged and easily push through any plateaus.

The next time you step on the scale and a smug grin comes across your face; consider whether or not you had to peer over your tummy to see the number. Although your weight is acceptable, you may want to consider changing what that weight is made of. With P90X and the original Power 90, you can achieve a hard-body transformation that your friends will envy.

Although the Power 90X series (P90X) is developed with the original Power 90 at its core, it is a seriously more intense workout regimen created for people who have finished the Power 90 series and want more, or for those people looking to ramp up their fat burning and muscle building results, to a new extreme level!

The original Power 90 is centered on 6 weekly workouts that are 30 minutes in length. The system is made up of 3 different DVDs designed to sculpt your body over a 90 day period. The DVD’s include a variety of exercise techniques like Kenpo, Cardio, and Plyometric moves. Tony Horton guides you through each workout ensuring you are getting the moves right and motivating you with his captivating enthusiasm.

The Power 90 DVDs walk you through Sculpt Cardio, Sweat Cardio, and Ab Ripper workouts to get your body tight and transformed. Power 90 is a great starting point for people who may be just starting out on their fitness quest, or wanting to ease their way into things.

Power 90X, however, is for the more advanced. The P90X series ramps up the workouts to 60 minutes a piece, 6 days a week with the 7th day being a rest or stretch day. These 60 minute workouts push your body to its edge and then push some more. The 90 day program can drastically transform a body.

Unlike the original Power 90, Power 90X has 12 unique DVD’s and entire workouts dedicated to Plyometrics, Kenpo, Core Synergistics, and even Yoga. These heart pumping, muscle building workouts will have your body shaping up in no time. This program is not for the faint of heart or anyone simply looking to add a little exercise to their life. This is for people who are serious about the hard work involved in making a true body transformation.

Power 90 comes with a Fat Burner Food Plan created to jump start your body through nutrition. It allows you to burn fat while not giving up your favorite foods. Power 90X, however, includes a 3 Phase Nutrition Plan designed specifically to fuel your body while it is challenged through the P90X workouts.

The Power 90X 3 Phase Nutrition Plan starts you out with the Fat Shredder stage which is focused on high protein intake and a rapid decrease in body fat percentage. Phase 2 is the Energy Booster which slightly increases carb intake, creating a balance with the protein to maximize your energy. The final phase is the Endurance Maximizer which is an athlete’s diet. This stage is for those people who are continually pushing their bodies and can afford the extra carbohydrates.

Both of the diet plans are created to fit their respective fitness regimen. The Power 90 Fat Burner Food Plan paired with the Power 90 workout is a great starting point for people who really want to transform their bodies and their overall physical health. The P90X 3 Phase Nutritional Plan along with the 12 DVDs is for those people who may have already graduated from the original Power 90 or for those who are ready to take their bodies to the next level.
