How To: Cohen Curls

There are many different workout moves within the P90X program that could be new to you. There are obviously some that you will know. But because this program was created to take your results to a maximum level, the regular exercises (like push-ups or curls) may be modified to make them more extreme. Cohen Curls are just one of these exercises, a regular traditional move transformed to give you superior results. Though these exercises may be different than what you’re used to, they shouldn’t intimidate you. With a little guidance, you’ll have a whole new arsenal of workout moves at your disposal.
