What Happens After P90X Day 90?
Throughout the P90X program, you are likely thinking ahead to the end of the 90 days with hopefulness and excitement. You know that if you give this program your all, you will see an amazing sight in the mirror on that fateful day. What you may not have thought too much about, however, is what happens after P90X day 90. You can’t sit back and enjoy the results for too long without maintaining them. This isn’t like a project you achieve and then quit at the ninety day mark. No, those results won’t maintain themselves. This is why it pays to have a plan in place when that final day comes around.
For ninety days you have worked like crazy. You have baptized the floor with your sweat and likely grunted so loud it scared the family pet.
