You’re on a business trip or away on vacation and want to stick with your fitness program. Sure, some of the better hotels have their own gyms but what if you’re not the gym rat type? What if you would rather do a workout in your room just like you do when you’re at home? We know how it feels because many of us here at ExtremeBody Workout also prefer to workout where we are comfortable. The good news is we carry several options that make for a great hotel workout DVD.
Unless you are a big timer that gets to stay in the presidential suite wherever you go, you’re going to want a hotel workout DVD that doesn’t require too much space. You can’t hardly dance around and do much kicking in most hotel rooms. If you are living the good life and have plenty of floor space, there are really no restrictions on which workout system you choose. Just make sure you save the Plyometrics workouts for ground floor rooms unless you want a noise complaint from the front desk.
Ten Minute Trainer could be the perfect hotel workout DVD. It uses minimal space and allows you to customize your workout. Typically when you are staying in a hotel your schedule isn’t completely free of restrictions. You may have activities planned or meetings throughout the day. 10 Minute Trainer allows you to decide how long you want your workout to be and go from there. With DVD workouts in ten minute increments, you can do as little or as much as you have time for.
Another good quality of 10 Minute Trainer that makes it an appropriate hotel workout DVD is the fact that it doesn’t use any big or cumbersome equipment. The most you will need to have with you for 10 Minute Trainer is a set of resistance bands. Because resistance bands are highly portable and lightweight, you can fit them just about anywhere. Lastly, 10 Minute Trainer doesn’t require a lot of space. You can get a high quality workout by simply moving a chair out of the way or cleverly using the space you have in your hotel room.
When you leave your home behind, you don’t have to leave your fitness program. By using a fitness system that is also an appropriate hotel workout DVD, you can continue to reach your fitness goals while you are on the road.

We all know that physical fitness is good for us. We know that it reduces stress, increases cardiovascular health, reduces the symptoms of depression and anxiety, and makes us look good. But we all have our own reasons for wanting to be healthy. The importance of physical fitness in my life could be completely different from the significance or priority it holds in yours. How we view our own physical fitness also has a lot to do with how committed we are to it.
For me, the importance of physical fitness has a lot to do with my sanity. Exercising makes me happy. Literally. If I go a week without working out I get cranky and moody without even realizing it. Occasionally work and personal life causes these short hiatuses to happen and when they do everyone around me notices. I’ve been caught off guard a few times wondering “what is wrong with me?” only to realize my workouts had fallen by the wayside. For me, even a 20 minute run in the neighborhood or two of the Ten Minute Trainer workouts put be back to contentment.
The importance of physical fitness to many others is their immediate health. For some of these people they have experienced a sudden and dramatic wake up call. Perhaps a negative doctors report or a heart attack has shaken these people into reality, giving them reason to make their physical fitness a priority.
Some of us get fit purely for looks. If this is your only motivation for the importance of physical fitness, you may want to reprioritize. I am guilty of liking how I look when I work out. However, as a sole motivation for getting fit, this one is the least likely to lead to lasting health. For some reason, people who lose weight only to look good or fit in a certain pair of pants are less likely to keep the weight off. While there’s nothing wrong with wanting to look good, there are far deeper reasons for wanting better health.
What is the importance of physical fitness for you? Perhaps you enjoy pushing past your limitations and extreme programs like P90X allow you to do this. Maybe you like the social aspects of it and love being able to talk about physical fitness with others. There are many reasons for people to stay fit. What’s yours?

How much spare time do you have? If you are anything like the majority of adult Americans the answer probably isn’t much. When we do have spare time, many of us would prefer to spend it sleeping, something we don’t have much time for either. However, when you make your health a priority you need to find a home workout routine that will easily fit into your life.
If being too busy is your common excuse for many things, you need a home workout routine that won’t allow you to be “too busy”. You need something that is flexible and can be done in minimal time. More than likely, you need a home workout routine like 10 Minute Trainer.
10 Minute Trainer was created by celebrity trainer Tony Horton for people just like you. You want to commit to your health but have a hard time sticking with a program due to time constraints. Horton created this program to ensure there was a home workout routine for even the busiest people.
Being able to customize your home workout routine is one thing that 10 Minute Trainer can deliver. On days when it takes everything you go to free up 20 minutes, you can take it easy and stack only two of the 10 minute workouts. On the weekends or on days when things aren’t quite so hectic, you can ramp up those workout minutes by stacking 3 or 4 workouts to ensure you really get your sweat on.
A highly customizable home workout routine is super convenient and effective. When you can determine how long your workout will be each day and cater it to fit your schedule, you are more likely to succeed at lasting weight loss.
Not having enough time simply isn’t a good excuse with 10 Minute Trainer. It was created to do away with that common excuse and provide real fitness in a time saving method.

Many people still use planners to organize their days. Those small black leather-bound notebooks that you see people whip out when it’s time to schedule something are still around. Even for those of us who have move forward and now use PDA’s to manage our hectic lives, organization is key when you are busy. A home workout planner is essential for those people who have to schedule everything.
Whether you enter your daily workouts in your leather notebook or put them in your phone, you need to make time for daily fitness and for some people, this is the only way. Making your fitness a priority by using a home workout planner can mean the difference between working out and slacking off.
For those of us who are seriously organized, if it isn’t in the planner, it didn’t happen. Writing down your planned workouts in a home workout planner ensures you intend to do them and gives you a place to cross them off once they are finished, providing a sense of accomplishment.
When your days are bombarded with meetings, work, travel, and family life, scheduling a workout should be a no brainer. For many, however, making the time can be very difficult. By writing it down in a home workout planner, in your PDA, or on your calendar, you can make sure you have the time everyday.
If fitting a workout in seems impossible, consider a workout program specifically made for people with little time on their hands. 10 Minute Trainer from celebrity trainer Tony Horton allows you to choose the length of your workout. On busy days, schedule a 20 minute session in your home workout planner. On the weekends you can customize a 40 minute workout.
The point is: don’t let your schedule keep you from working out, make working out a part of your schedule.

Resistance bands are a great way to strength train. I have said it many times and stand behind it, they provide great resistance in a convenient package. So, you’re pressed for time. Fitting an hour workout into your already busy schedule seems like impossibility. However, if you have 30, 20, or even 10 extra minutes you have time for a workout. A flexible workout program created to fit your busy needs is exactly what Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer is all about. The program consists of ten minute workouts designed to be “stacked” however you like, depending on your available time.
We are all busy these days. You are not the only one who feels like they couldn’t possibly fit another activity into your day. We are overworked and most of us don’t take the time we need to take care of ourselves and our bodies. Some of us don’t rest until we are sick and don’t have a choice. A simple solution is a group of ten minute workouts that allow you to fit in what you can when you can.
Ten Minute Trainer consists of 4 ten minute workouts. These workouts are designed to really work your body in a limited amount of time. You get a Total Body, Lower Body, Cardio, and Yoga Flex workout with the 10 Minute Trainer system.
10 Minute Trainer works because it works with you rather than making you completely change your day around. If you can make 30 extra minutes in the morning, stack three workouts. If 20 minutes after work is more feasible, then pick two ten minute workouts. Do what you can and give every workout your all; you will see results.
This Super Stacking Technique works by allowing you to fit in your ten minute workouts whenever it is convenient for you. On the weekends maybe you can afford to go hard and do all four ten minute workouts. Following the workout plan included with the system will definitely increase your results and have you feeling great before you know it.
Regardless of how you work the program, your body will thank you as you take time out of your busy life to repay the vehicle that gets you through every day!
