Wouldn’t it be great if you could get a complete and invigorating workout with out taking so much time out of your day? Many of us don’t have time to work out for 30 minutes or more a day between work and family. Even if we do have some time to spare most of us would rather do something a little more enjoyable than running or lifting some weights. The 10 Minute Trainer program is a great solution to this constant battle between time and exercise. It allows you to get an intense workout in a shorter period of time.
Recent research done by Martin Gibala, chair of the department of kinesiology at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, who studies short-burst training, has shown that a good workout is possible with shorter exercising routines. After a six week study it was found that people who work out for shorter intervals at a higher intensity levels produced the same results as people who work out for longer periods of time at a steady lower pace.
But be aware that this type of exercising may not be for everyone. If you are extremely out of shape or over weight you may not want to jump right in to this intense method. It may sound easy because it is for a shorter interval of time, but remember, for it to work it needs to be done at a much higher level of intensity. You may want to consult your doctor to find out if this type of exercise program, like the 10 Minute Trainer , will be good for you.

In this day and age it is difficult to carve time for anything. So often when someone makes the decision to make fitness a priority, they let lack of time ruin their original goals. Making time for something like exercise means making exercise a priority. Particularly for people with full schedules, this may mean giving up other things so that you have the free time to fit in a workout. A good workout doesn’t have to last for hours. A 30 Minute workout plan is a great timeframe to start with and is made very easy with 10 Minute Trainer.
Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer allows people to customize their workouts based on how much time they have for that particular day. This means that whether you have 20 or 50 minutes, you can get a superior quality workout with this system. Three 10 Minute Trainer workouts will give you a perfect 30 minute workout.
With 10 Minute Trainer Deluxe you get 8 ten minute workouts. The possibilities for many 30 minute workouts exist with this selection. Celebrity trainer Tony Horton ensures that each of the 10 minute options really gets your heart pumping and your muscles working. A common misconception about this program is that it is easy. The 10 Minute Trainer system will work you harder than many full length workout programs in increments of 10 minutes.
A 30 minute workout of 10 Minute Trainer is plenty of work to get you some serious results in a fairly short amount of time. If you can get up 30 minutes earlier than normal or find 30 extra minutes while the kids are doing homework, you too can transform your body in only 30 minutes a day. Keep in mind, on days when your schedule is open, that 30 minute workout can easily be made into a 45 minute workout for an additional boost in the right direction.

A ten minute workout is far more effective than ten minutes on the couch or an extra ten minutes in bed! In today’s world, many of us are hard up for free time and we consider working out to be a use of that small bit of free time we have. There are two points I want to address here. First of all, a ten minute workout gets you ten minutes closer to your fitness goals; don’t discredit the workouts you do get in. Secondly, learn to look at working out as a necessity, not a user of your free time!
When beginning a workout program, every little bit helps. While a ten minute workout is better than no workout at all, a twenty minute workout is twice as good and a 30 minute workout will get you to your goals much quicker. The fact is, we don’t always have time to fit in an hour of exercise. Those days that are already overscheduled sometimes need a short workout that simply keeps us on the right track.
Ten minute workouts can push you towards your fitness goals. 10 Minute Trainer allows you to get ten minute workouts in when you can and allows you to “stack” these workouts for optimal workout customization. Rather than think “I only have ten minutes, that’s not worth the workout”, learn to consider every little effort you put forth as a step in the right direction. In this way, a ten minute workout still may only be ten minutes but it gets you ten minutes closer to looking and feeling better about your body.
Also, making fitness a priority may free up additional time. Stop thinking of exercise as something you only do when you have the time. It is far too easy to put exercise off for another day when you look at it as an option rather than a necessity. Your health is crucial to your quality of life. Health is not an option and working out on a regular basis certainly impacts your health dramatically.

Tony Horton created the 10 Minute Trainer program to give modern adults with modern time constraints a way to get an effective workout in a manageable segment of time. The program uses blocks of 10 minute workouts to get major results. When paired with a smart diet, the 10 Minute Trainer program can give you a healthier, happier body, one you can be proud of and feel good about.
There are a few different options when considering the 10 Minute Trainer system. You can purchase the standard program that includes the 4 workouts and one resistance band. This basic package also includes a customized workout calendar and Tony’s 10 Minute Meals, giving you real quick meal ideas that allow you to eat home cooked meals without a lot of fuss and without resorting to fast foods or boxed freezer meals.
If you’ve already purchased the standard 10 Minute Trainer package and are looking for something more, we also carry an upgrade kit. The upgrade package comes with three new workouts including the Total Body 2 workout, Core Cardio, and Upper Body. In addition, you get an accelerated results calendar and two new resistance bands.
If you know you need 10 Minute Trainer and recognize the importance of a total body workout in manageable segments of time and don’t want to deal with two orders, check out the 10 Minute Trainer Deluxe. With this package you get everything that’s contained in the basic package and the upgrade kit.
10 Minute Trainer Deluxe is the ultimate workout package for the busy adult. This program is a surefire way to get fit in a way that you customize for your lifestyle. If you have only 20 minutes during the week, stack two of the workouts. On the weekends try getting in 4 for a 40 minute strength building and calorie burning session.
Some people doubt the effectiveness of this program because it is broken into 10 minute workouts. They wrongly assume that you can’t get a worthwhile workout in this short amount of time. The fact is, a workout can’t be judge by how long it is but by the quality of the work. With 10 Minute Trainer you get a top quality program that anyone can fit into their schedule.

A 10 minute workout is a whole lot of good when compared with a zero minute workout! However, you can do better. We are all pressed for time these days. It seems we pack our schedules to the brim and have little time to care for ourselves. Many of us struggle to find time to cook healthy meals, let alone time for a workout. However, there is a solution. Stacking a series of 10 minute workouts to fit your schedule can ensure you are staying fit and committing at least some of your time to your health.
Is a 45 minute workout better than a 10 minute workout? Yes, usually it is. However, we don’t all have time for a 45 minute workout everyday. A 10 minute workout is far better than no workout at all and when you can do a few 10 minute workouts in a day, you are doing quite well.
The key to making a 10 minute workout worthwhile is working multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Don’t just do squats; do weighted squats or squats while doing some dumbbell curls. Lunges are great when paired with a weighted overhead press. Doing double duty can ensure you are working twice as hard in less amount of time.
If you need help coming up with a 10 minute workout, take a look at Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer. This workout system is designed specifically for people who lack time. It allows you to do a 10 minute workout in the morning and two in the evening. It basically makes your fitness program customizable by creating a series of 10 minute workouts that can be “stacked’ to fit your available time.
Some weekdays don’t leave room for much more than a 10 minute workout. While you should always strive to get at least 30 minutes of activity, 10 is 1/3 of the way there. A 10 minute workout, when paired with a healthy diet can often make a big difference, especially if you aren’t used to any workout program.
Balance your 10 minute workout with longer workouts over the weekends. Do as much as you can and you will begin to see major results. For the best in 10 minute workouts, Ten Minute Trainer is the perfect choice.

Finding an unbiased review of Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer can be difficult. I can talk about how great of a product this is until I am blue in the face. But the fact is I am a little biased. I love Ten Minute Trainer but I would understand if my readers question my objectivity when talking about any of the products we sell at ExtremeBody Workout. Let me say this, I wouldn’t continue to write about products that don’t work. You may or may not believe me, but I know personally the potential that Ten Minute Trainer has to totally change your body and your health as well.
My review of Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer will be brief. I like this program. Tony Horton is a great trainer and has a way of motivating people with his knowledge and wacky personality. The Ten Minute Trainer program works because it is convenient and totally customizable. It allows you to choose how long you have for a workout and make the workout that’s right for you. Programs that minimize your opportunity for excuses rank high in my book and this one is certainly a program that nearly anyone can fit into their schedules.

You’re on a business trip or away on vacation and want to stick with your fitness program. Sure, some of the better hotels have their own gyms but what if you’re not the gym rat type? What if you would rather do a workout in your room just like you do when you’re at home? We know how it feels because many of us here at ExtremeBody Workout also prefer to workout where we are comfortable. The good news is we carry several options that make for a great hotel workout DVD.
Unless you are a big timer that gets to stay in the presidential suite wherever you go, you’re going to want a hotel workout DVD that doesn’t require too much space. You can’t hardly dance around and do much kicking in most hotel rooms. If you are living the good life and have plenty of floor space, there are really no restrictions on which workout system you choose. Just make sure you save the Plyometrics workouts for ground floor rooms unless you want a noise complaint from the front desk.
Ten Minute Trainer could be the perfect hotel workout DVD. It uses minimal space and allows you to customize your workout. Typically when you are staying in a hotel your schedule isn’t completely free of restrictions. You may have activities planned or meetings throughout the day. 10 Minute Trainer allows you to decide how long you want your workout to be and go from there. With DVD workouts in ten minute increments, you can do as little or as much as you have time for.
Another good quality of 10 Minute Trainer that makes it an appropriate hotel workout DVD is the fact that it doesn’t use any big or cumbersome equipment. The most you will need to have with you for 10 Minute Trainer is a set of resistance bands. Because resistance bands are highly portable and lightweight, you can fit them just about anywhere. Lastly, 10 Minute Trainer doesn’t require a lot of space. You can get a high quality workout by simply moving a chair out of the way or cleverly using the space you have in your hotel room.
When you leave your home behind, you don’t have to leave your fitness program. By using a fitness system that is also an appropriate hotel workout DVD, you can continue to reach your fitness goals while you are on the road.

How much spare time do you have? If you are anything like the majority of adult Americans the answer probably isn’t much. When we do have spare time, many of us would prefer to spend it sleeping, something we don’t have much time for either. However, when you make your health a priority you need to find a home workout routine that will easily fit into your life.
If being too busy is your common excuse for many things, you need a home workout routine that won’t allow you to be “too busy”. You need something that is flexible and can be done in minimal time. More than likely, you need a home workout routine like 10 Minute Trainer.
10 Minute Trainer was created by celebrity trainer Tony Horton for people just like you. You want to commit to your health but have a hard time sticking with a program due to time constraints. Horton created this program to ensure there was a home workout routine for even the busiest people.
Being able to customize your home workout routine is one thing that 10 Minute Trainer can deliver. On days when it takes everything you go to free up 20 minutes, you can take it easy and stack only two of the 10 minute workouts. On the weekends or on days when things aren’t quite so hectic, you can ramp up those workout minutes by stacking 3 or 4 workouts to ensure you really get your sweat on.
A highly customizable home workout routine is super convenient and effective. When you can determine how long your workout will be each day and cater it to fit your schedule, you are more likely to succeed at lasting weight loss.
Not having enough time simply isn’t a good excuse with 10 Minute Trainer. It was created to do away with that common excuse and provide real fitness in a time saving method.

When we get in a rut of being unfit, we make excuses for our own behavior. We all do it and we rarely realize what we are doing. These excuses may seem totally valid when we are in the act of self-sabotage. Maybe we have a twinge of pain in our shoulder that we think should excuse us from exercise. More often than not, however, the excuse is lack of time. Ten Minute Trainer takes this excuse away from you and makes you take action.
Designed with the ultimate multi-tasker in mind, Ten Minute Trainer is a fitness program to ensure that everyone has time to work out. When talking about your health, there is no valid excuse for neglect. Time is no exception.
Your health is given to you one time. If you wear this body out, there will be no trade-in. This is it. Getting real about your health can be difficult but programs that work with you, like Ten Minute Trainer, make it more tolerable.
Ten Minute Trainer’s Super Stacking Technique allows you to customize a workout to fit your life. Maybe you have time for 40 minutes on the weekend and only 20 during the week. Do what you can and see your body respond. It doesn’t take an hour every day to see some real changes in the composition of your body.
The Ten Minute Trainer program uses both cardio and strength training to get results you want to see. Both are vital components in a workout system and this program delivers them in record time. You will tone your muscles and lose fat with the Ten Minute Trainer, and it won’t take all day.

So, you’re pressed for time. Fitting an hour workout into your already busy schedule seems like impossibility. However, if you have 30, 20, or even 10 extra minutes you have time for a workout. A flexible workout program created to fit your busy needs is exactly what Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer is all about. The program consists of ten minute workouts designed to be “stacked” however you like, depending on your available time.
We are all busy these days. You are not the only one who feels like they couldn’t possibly fit another activity into your day. We are overworked and most of us don’t take the time we need to take care of ourselves and our bodies. Some of us don’t rest until we are sick and don’t have a choice. A simple solution is a group of ten minute workouts that allow you to fit in what you can when you can.
Ten Minute Trainer consists of 4 ten minute workouts. These workouts are designed to really work your body in a limited amount of time. You get a Total Body, Lower Body, Cardio, and Yoga Flex workout with the 10 Minute Trainer system.
10 Minute Trainer works because it works with you rather than making you completely change your day around. If you can make 30 extra minutes in the morning, stack three workouts. If 20 minutes after work is more feasible, then pick two ten minute workouts. Do what you can and give every workout your all; you will see results.
This Super Stacking Technique works by allowing you to fit in your ten minute workouts whenever it is convenient for you. On the weekends maybe you can afford to go hard and do all four ten minute workouts. Following the workout plan included with the system will definitely increase your results and have you feeling great before you know it.
Regardless of how you work the program, your body will thank you as you take time out of your busy life to repay the vehicle that gets you through every day!

It seems as though we are all pressed for time these days. One of the most common excuses for failing to exercise is lack of time. “I’m just too busy!” you’ll hear people say. While this may be true, making time for your health and fitness should be a priority. With a program like Tony Horton’s Ten Minute Trainer, finding the time to get fit and stay healthy has never been easier.
Tony created his Super Stacking Technique specifically for today’s busy adults. With Ten Minute Trainer he understands that many people can’t dedicate 90 minutes or even one hour to exercise every day. With this program, you decide how much time to invest in your fitness by stacking the workouts you have time for every day.
Ten Minute Trainer is made up of 4 ten minute workouts designed for a different purpose. These ten minute sessions can be “stacked” or combined to create a 20, 30, or even 40 minute workout. The cool thing is, you decide how much time you have to workout for the day and stack accordingly.
On a Saturday when you might have a little more time you can combine the 10 minute Cardio routine with a Lower Body workout, followed by Yoga Flex to increase flexibility. A thirty minute workout you created to fit your schedule. Ten Minute Trainer allows you to customize your own workout.
Being busy may seem like a good excuse to not exercise but when you really boil it down, there is no excuse for not taking good care of yourself. By going with a program that allows you to design the workout and the length of time you put into it you help ensure that you have chosen a fitness program you can stick with in the long term. Ten Minute Trainer is a customizable and highly sustainable program created with people like you in mind.
