Who doesn’t want inexpensive products? We often search high and low to find the best deals, whether we are looking for a car or fitness equipment. But, it’s important to note that “cheap” and “inexpensive” are not always the same thing. Right off the bat, I have to tell you that the title to this blog post is extremely misleading. Yeah, I know it wasn’t nice of me, but I knew it would pull people in so we could teach them this valuable lesson about the importance of good fitness equipment. You must learn to not only seek out cheap resistance bands, but inexpensive bands that are still high quality. Don’t sacrifice good quality to save a few bucks.
High Quality Resistance Bands that Won’t Break the Bank
You need bands that are reasonable priced, i.e. cheap resistance bands, but you also need bands that will stand up to rigorous workouts like P90X2 and Insanity. If you were to buy cheap resistance bands with little thought to quality, you may end up with little more than glorified low-quality rubber bands that would crack or worse, break, within weeks of receiving them. If you are looking for the cheapest bands, you might as well multiply their cost by two when considering them, taking into consideration the cost to replace them.
Aren’t All Resistance Bands the Same?
As with every single fitness product on the market, there are options. You may find cheap resistance bands on one site, polka-dotted resistance bands on another, and resistance bands with built in water bottles on yet another. I am exaggerating, but even those resistance bands that look exactly alike can be markedly different. The materials that were used, the gauge of the bands, and the handle-connector options can all mark the difference between a poorly made band and one that’s built to last. The key to recognizing the differences rests in knowing more about the manufacturer.
Beachbody Resistance Bands
Beachbody is a leader in home workout programs and equipment. They make top-quality stuff and don’t skimp where it counts. The name Beachbody is really synonymous with quality. Programs like P90X and Insanity Workout are examples of the level that this company operates at. Also, they sell their products, including their resistance bands, through Authorized Dealers (like us!) so that you know you are getting a legitimate Beachbody piece of equipment.
