Within the past several months, a new system has come out called P90X2 workout. Based on the same training method as P90X, this program is similarly designed to transform your body. But the workouts are different and the systems are entirely different. Because of this, P90X remains highly relevant. Whether you are interested in eventually moving to P90X2 or if you are still trying to figure out where to start, P90X can be a great jumping-off point.
The Fit Test is Your Gateway to Fitness Transformation
Both P90X/XP90 and P90X2 require a certain level of fitness to start. If you’ve lived on the couch and off of convenience foods for the past several years, you just might not be ready for a workout system of this magnitude.
