Designing Your Own P90X2 Meal Plan

If you are the type of person who needs the structure of a meal plan, there’s no reason you can’t craft your own P90X2 meal plan using the food lists and recipes in the nutrition guide. You may even like this meal plan better than those already-made ones, because you can include the foods that you like. Chart out your menu for an entire week so you can go to the store. If you go much further than a week, you may have to do some rewriting if your nutritional needs change in the meantime, so a week is a good starting point. Be sure you are following the guidelines and using the correct portion sizes so as not to jeopardize all of your hard work.
