So you’ve started P90X and you aren’t seeing results. Well, you may not be completely alone but you certainly aren’t the average P90X-er. P90X was made to deliver results, and it does consistently. If you put everything you’ve got into this program it will work. Point blank. But, if you aren’t seeing the results you want, perhaps it’s time to take a closer look at what you are doing. Again, this workout program was designed in a specific manner to get you the best results possible. But in order to see those results, you have to follow the program as it was intended. This includes doing the workouts in the order that they are recommended. You can’t do Kenpo X every single day just because it’s your favorite and expect to see jaw-dropping results, it simply won’t happen. Sure, you might drop a size or tone up your legs, but you will not achieve the body of your dreams.

P90X is a fitness program that has experienced unmatched success. If you find that P90X doesn’t work, you need to get real honest with yourself and double check that you are really “bringing it”. Chances are, if you dedicate yourself wholly to this program, you will begin to see the results you are really after.
