There’s no shame in restarting. We’ve all started a fitness plan at some point with all of the best intentions, only to let life and other things get in the way. If you’ve started P90X before and quit, the real shame is in not getting back to it. Restarting the P90X workout plan can seem a little scary if you’ve started and stopped before. You may have a little teensy bit of doubt in the back of your mind. But, I’m here to tell you that you can do it.

By using your last less-than-impressive attempt as a lesson, you can ensure this time you reach ultimate success with the P90X workout plan!

 

Before you restart the P90X workout plan ask yourself what caused you to fail the last time. Did you really have a legitimate excuse or did you simply allow yourself to give up too easily? When someone is pushing you to do something, whether at work or home, it’s easier to fulfill that goal than if you push yourself. In many regards, we don’t feel like we have to live up to our own expectations. When you really recognize this and “get” that giving up is only you not taking yourself seriously enough, it becomes just a little bit easier.

If you did have a legitimate excuse for stopping the P90X program the first time around, what’s going to be different this time. Use your excuses from last time to prepare in advance for them rearing their ugly heads this time around. Because trust me, they’ll be back.

Restarting the P90X Workout Plan is a great idea if you’ve started once before and failed to follow through. don’t be discouraged about the last time. Perhaps you just weren’t ready for this kind of fitness commitment. And now, this time, you’ll know exactly what you’re facing. You already know what it’s going to take to succeed, so you’re one step ahead of the others.
