A fairly common question on the Internet concerns P90X instructions and where to get them. Interestingly, all of the P90X instructions you could ever need are found in the P90X Fitness Guide. This guide comes with the program and includes every detail of the workout system-when to do which workouts and even how to do the moves. For those people seeking a Cliff’s Notes version of the Fitness Guide, they will surely be missing out on a whole lot of good information.
P90X instructions are vital in ensuring you get the most out of the P90X system. Sure, you can pop in any one of the P90X DVDs and get a good workout but the life changing and body changing results only come when you incorporate the whole program, utilizing the calendar and the nutrition plan.
With any program as revolutionary as P90X, the guide is important. Without P90X instructions, the system is a series of high quality workouts, but nowhere near as effective as when used how it was intended. This program includes a combination of strength training, cardio, and nutrition to sculpt your body into the physique you have always dreamed about.
Additional P90X instructions can be found in the form of user blogs and official blogs like this one at ExtremeBody Workout. We discuss topics related to P90X and our other products on a daily basis in hopes of educating our readers on their own health and fitness potential. If you are confused about a certain aspect of the P90X instructions, search our blog and you might find exactly what you need.
If you are somehow missing the Fitness Guide that comes with the P90X program and you purchased it here from us, we may be able to help. Contact our customer service department for assistance.

And i think is meny millions persons potenciality buyers.

Hello Rafael,
I agree with you fully. The manufacturers need to have language options for these products. Unfortunately, as a retailer, we cannot change the products. There are currently no language options on the dvd’s, but there should be in my opinion.
Thanks for your input!

Hi, I ordered P90X about a year ago. I am a student and athlete, so I have not been able to actually do the 90-day program. However, I have done the P90X videos whenever I can, which is around 3-4 times a week depending on my homework and games. I have seen great results from when I first bought it, and am very pleased with the program itself. This summer, since I am not playing any sports, I plan on trying the 90-day program. What I wanted to ask is which options should I choose if I want to put on more muscle mass? I know that I should be doing 8-10 reps per exercise, but should I choose free weights or resistance bands? And should I do P90X Classic or P90X Doubles? Lastly, should I be drinking the P90X Peak Recovery Drink after weight-lifting workouts or should I choose the Beachbody’s Whey Protein Powder instead? Thank you in advance for your help.
