i am in good shape already but i do have a few areas like my abs that never seem to get quite as good as i want them to be. i’m not looking to loose weight really but i would like to get more of a ballerina’s body. will this program do this for me?

it sounds like you just need a little bit of change. Change can happen at any age. A change in daily activity and diet will change your body. If you are able to complete this program and put in a good effort, eat healthy, it’s not too late to get healthy and get into great shape.
