A new workout program that is out on the market by Shaun T is the Insanity Workout Program. This new program is a 60 day super intense program and is one of the most intense ever put on DVD. Shaun T will help you push past your limits to get the strongest, hardest, leanest body you’ve ever had.
The Insanity Workout Program will help you get this new body with ten DVD’s packed with cardio and plyometric drills with intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training. As long as you committed and ready for a challenge, Shaun will help you get the insane results you are looking for in just 60 days.
With this Insanity Workout Program you get 10 DVD’s:

I have tried many Workout Programs in my life. I have come to realize that the only one that actually works is when you stay active at least for one hour per day. Even walking is an excellent way to exercise. Check out fitclick.com and you will be able to see many options for your new routine.

I’ve seen nothing showing the break down of the Insanity work out program. I’m interested but would like to know what the intervals are? I know you don’t do all the CD’s each day that would be like over four hours of work out time. Is there anywhere I can get this information without buying it and then finding out it wont work into my time schedule.
Thank You
Mike

I am 32 years old and I have been doing insanity for 3 weeks, it is the most intense cardio workout I’ve ever done, I am a runner (with 9 months of running training min of 3x per week. 5-12km each run) and was looking for a way to increase my speed and pace, and this workout is not only helping it’s the best I’ve ever done! its great! I would recommend this workout to anyone who has at least been working out for 3 months, as it is very intense,(30-40 minutes of intense cardio moves) I found that the first 2 weeks were hard, now that I am in week 3 I can feel my body getting stronger, I find that I am doing the moves a little easier, I can feel a real difference in my legs, I feel that this workout is really getting into the deep muscles of my legs which is great!
If you have been doing some sort of workout routine before this, I would highly recommend
