I'm in Phase II now and going the Doubles route. I am getting up at 5:45am to do Cardio X before going to work. But, I was thinking I might start it a little earlier in the morning so that I can lay back down afterwards for a while before actually getting ready for work. So, my question is, will this minimize the effectiveness? Meaning, if I do Cardio, lay down for 45 mins, & get back up, will I have stopped or really slowed down the calorie-burning process that would occur if I didn't lay back down???

Hi S.Martin7,

you can eat before or after, you just need to wait about an hour between working out and eating.

Hello Juliana,

If you can't workout on the days you go to work, I think I would double up on a couple of days. Add Plyometrics and Kenpo X to resistance days. Or, if that is just too much, you might have to cut out a workout all together. If I had to choose one, I might choose Yoga. Not that it's not a great workout, but I wouldn't want to miss out on the resistance and cardio.
