Many Americans want to see their waistline again. Some may have had visible abs before and want to reveal them while some are wondering if there are actual muscles under the pudge. With the P90X Ab routine, Ab Ripper X, you will definitely feel and begin to see what lurks beneath the surface of your tummy.
As the P90X guidebook says “showing off your 6-pack is the least important reason for doing abs and core work.” The core muscles that encompass your entire midsection are vital in keeping you healthy and upright. They are responsible for your posture, protecting your organs, and supporting your entire body. While the P90X Ab Routine will develop that 6-pack, it will also give you great core strength and the feeling of that is almost as good as the look of it!
The Level you are on with P90X dictates the amount of time you spend with the P90X Ab Routine. For those on Level I, Ab Ripper X will take 15 to 20 reps. If you have advanced to Level II you will do 20 to 25 reps of each move.
This short workout will have you begging for mercy but loving the results. The P90X Ab Routine was developed to deliver great results and maximize your ab work. As you incorporate this into your P90X routine you will begin to see big changes in your waistline and how your clothes fit.
Imagine, for the first time, taking off your shirt at the beach to reveal tight 6-pack abs. Ladies, how would it feel to be completely confident in your bikini, knowing that the men and women alike were envious of your abs. P90X Ab Routine can deliver that confidence and that look.
