Hello,
My son ordered you program and he is 19 years old. He has started your program and has been doing it for three days. He is in great pain because of him muscles are hurting really bad. We went to his doctor and they gave him cyclobenzaprine 10mg. Is there any thing else other than this that he can take to ease his pain. I would appreciate any information to help my son.
Thank you,
Andy Hudman

Hello Andy,
this program is pretty intense. Most people are sore for the first week or two. The P90X recovery formula is recommended for P90X users for this reason. You will be sore and this product really helps to relieve that soreness, helps to heal muscles, and gives you a little energy too.
Icing really sore areas right after a workout helps, and I have heard that chocolate milk can help ease muscle soreness too. Not to sure how effective that is, but it’s worth a shot!
If you son is planing to continue this workout, I would highly recommend getting the P90X Recovery Formula. I’m not trying to sell products here, I know from experience that this product is really necessary.

Hello, I am about to complete my first 90 days next week and love the results. I would like to do another 90 days to see if I can reach beyond some of the goals I have set for myself. My question is regarding nutrition, I am just a few lbs. over 200 (203ish )and using the level 3 portion plan, on my next 90 day set I would like to drop my body fat %, would I be ok dropping down to level 2 portion plan or would this hinder my results? I dropped quite a bit the first time through, but do not want to keep eating a a level 3 if that means it won’t help me.
Thanks
Hi Tim,
Lowering your caloric intake during round two will most likely help you to lose some more body fat. You can try out level 2 and if you are feeling good and have enough energy throughout the day and your workout, continue at that level. If you are finding that you don’t have as much energy for your workouts, or are hungrier than norma, you should probably go back to level 3.
