this all depends on what your regular diet is.  You would need a good amount of protein and very little carbs to get the muscle gains and loose fat.  You can still get strong and shape up without the Nutrition Plan, but your results might not be as great and the weight loss might not be as great either.  The Nutrition Plan is a pretty important part of this program.

		<description>i have p90x but it is hard for me to follow the nutrition guide with my job cause my boos buys our lunch and we do not have access to anythin to keep our food fresh or heat it up. is their anything i can do for this problem. does p90x still give weight loss results without following the nutrition guide?</description>
