how much time is required every day with the chalean fitness program?

Each workout is about 30-45 minutes with the exception of the core workout, which is 22 minutes long.

Hi,
my boyfriend just ordered the program for me. It looks very promising so far but my only problem i haven’t got Body Makeover Calendars in my guidebook. I went through the book hundred times so far, definetely not in there. It is so frustrating because without that basicely so hard to guess what to do. I don’t know where to start or what to do with those workouts now.
I have ordered from England so i am stuck don’t know what to do?

im totally intwerested in this program after being referred to it by a dancer, but i have one question, what equipment do you need to do with this program, would i need to join a gym?

you do not need to join a gym. You do need however either dumbbells or resistance bands.

I am interested in getting fit and loosing weight. I would like to loose 80-90lbs and am not in shape at all…I have battled with my weight all my life am 41years old, no health problems YET. What would be the best program that you offer for me if any?

Hi Jen,
I would start with a program that is lower on the intensity levels. P90X and ChaLEAN Extreme might be too tough at this point. Good starter programs are the Power 90 if you like the idea of the P90X. It’s similar, but not as intense. If you are interested in a more cardio based program, try Turbo Jam. If time is a concern, you can try Power Half Hour or 10 Minute trainer.

Sounds like a pretty common problem: I just received my package from Ebay, and there is everything but the body makeover calendar. I checked the page # you recommended, but my muscle burns fat guidebook doesn’t have any page #s, and doesn’t even have 34 pages. I don’t feel like ordering it, as the system was pricey enough.
Any advice how to get it,

it’s a link monitoring system so people can’t post any crazy link to what ever on this blog (even though sometimes they still get through). I see your post with the link went through. This will be helpful to those who are missing the calendar. I have to warn everyone that when you buy from ebay, you might NOT get any of the necessary guides. There has been a ton of people that come to this blog that I redirect to customer service because they bought from ebay and the programs didn’t come with the guides. These guides are necessary to have since the workouts are usually done in a certain order.
