What Good is a 10 Minute Workout?

It seems we pack our schedules to the brim and have little time to care for ourselves. Many of us struggle to find time to cook healthy meals, let alone time for a workout. However, there is a solution. Stacking a series of 10 minute workouts to fit your schedule can ensure you are staying fit and committing at least some of your time to your health.

 

Is a 45 minute workout better than a 10 minute workout? Yes, usually it is. However, we don’t all have time for a 45 minute workout everyday. A 10 minute workout is far better than no workout at all and when you can do a few 10 minute workouts in a day, you are doing quite well.

 

The key to making a 10 minute workout worthwhile is working multiple muscle groups simultaneously. Don’t just do squats; do weighted squats or squats while doing some dumbbell curls.
