Lastly, Burn It Up is the final DVD and is a 60 minute workout designed to torch fat and build serious muscle tone.

    this program is wonderful. best of all the exercises are very do-able. i am 50 years old . i was a little overweight nothing drastic but really needed to tone up the arms legs stomach. i have lost 16 # since 9-3-2009 when i started the program. it is true what they say don’t go by the scale go by the way clothes fit . i have lost losts of inches everywhere. i ordered the Keep it up tape to add variety also i ordered the slim series for more variety. i will buy more of her tapes as they become available . i actually look forward to doing the workouts. i try for the 6 nights and one night off. sometimes it ends up 5 nights and 2 off depending on my schedule. i only have the time to exercise at night usually around 6 or 7 p.m.
