		<description>Ok im really confused. First off, with the recovery drink formula is recommanded to be taken within an 1 hr after work out. But some say Whey protein should be taken after an 1 hr after work out too. I really dont think i should take both formula at the same time should i? Now i just started the P90X and currently taking the recovery forumly for my post work out and i take my protein either during the day or before bed time. Am i doing it right? What is your recommandation for when i should take these 2 formula? and how many time a day should i be taking whey protein?

And i heard that Recovry Formula are for beginners eventually we dont need that no more is that correct?</description>
