Many at home workouts include an upper body DVD while some split the upper body workouts into muscle groups, leaving you several workouts. Whether you use dumbbells or resistance bands, a good upper body workout usually involves some resistance. One of the best upper body moves, the pushup requires no equipment. Also, consider a workout program that includes lower body and cardio work as well. If you are going to invest in a superior quality home fitness system, it might as well be a complete one.
