Emile - I hope you are doing better now, but I wanted to suggest that you take a few days and write down what you are eating. Eating right, healthy, the right amount is a huge factor in seeing the results of your workout. Eating is the hardest thing to really nail down, but once you spend a week seeing how much water you drink daily, how much fiber you get in, how much protein you have at every single snack/meal, you might start to see where you can improve there. I've also heard the p90x is a great system.
