Next up on the Slim In Six program is Slim Series. This is the second step in the Slim In 6 progression. This workout program takes Slim In Six and takes it to the next level. This program is specifically designed for people who have graduated from the original program and are ready for more of a challenge. Six workouts offer a great variety of fitness opportunities in this program.
Lastly, we offer the Slim In Six Slim Series Express. This program is the perfect fit for someone who doesn’t have a lot of time to invest in a fitness regimen. This program takes the Slim In Six program essentials and cuts them down into 30 minute workouts, ensuring you get a great workout in a shorter amount of time.
