Hi Stephanie,

The P90X will re-start your fitness. Your body wont know what hit it! It's all about muscle confusion and mixing it up. If you can set an hour a day aside for this, you can do it. Following the schedule of workouts and the nutrition plan is the key to success with the P90X. If you don't have room for the chin-up bar, you can use the resistance bands along with the band kit to do modified versions of the chin-up exercises. If you don't like this program or you don't think it's going to help you, return it within 30 days for a refund. Give it a try. I think you will be happy you did.

I've been going to the gym for years and it seemed to help a little, but I've had 2 kids and I can't seem to tone the areas I want to tone even with the help of the personal trainers at the gym. Plus I'm so busy with my oldest and his sports, I can't find the time to make it to the gym anymore. BUT, I've always been very leary about buying these kinds of dvd's online, always afraid it'll be a waste of money and won't work. I follow the weight watcher diet religiously, but I need an exercise routine that is going to help me achieve the body that I've always wanted to have since high school. I don't have a pull up bar and really don't have the space in my house to add one.....will this still help me? I'd love to purchase it for my husband and myself if I know it'll work! THanks

Hello Erica,

There are a number of options you have. If you want to get better results, or you just like the program and routine, go for another round. If you want more of a challenge, go for the doubles approach or try P90X Plus. If you just want a way to maintain your results, the fitness guide explains what workouts you should choose from the P90X to help you stay in shape without the full schedule of workouts. For example, you would do yoga once a week, one of the cardio workouts once or twice, and the first round of the resistance training. This information can be found starting on page 40.

Okay, so 90 days and you get ripped...but what happens after 90 days? Do you start the program over? How do you maintain all that hard work after you have gotten there? Does the video series cover that? Thanks!
