Hello,

It is important to do the workouts in the order specified within the P90X fitness guide. There is a specific schedule and three different phases of the 90 days. If you do not have a fitness guide, please contact customer service and they will be happy to help!

Hello Kim,

It sounds like you have the P90X Plus guide with the P90X dvd's. Abs/Core Plus and Upper Plus are P90X Plus workouts. Chest & Back and Shoulders & Arms are P90X workouts.

Which workout do you have?

Im confused on the workouts. If I were to start with the "Classic", day one says: Upper Plus and Abs/Core Plus. Which disk is this? Do I pick between Chest/Back and Shoulder/Arms? Please help.
