Hello Debbie,

you can either mix it in your food while cooking, or make a mini shake to have on the side.

Hi Dominic,

A food is place in a specific category because it has a significant amount of that nutritional element. Of course there is many foods that contain all of these elements, but may only be a good source of one or two. Trust the guide. If you really can't finish all of your meals, at least attempt to. As you progress through the workouts, they will get more intense and you will need more and more energy from food.

As far as your allergy goes, do what you have to! Cooking does slightly alter fruits's nutritional values, but you can't put your health in danger. Cooked vegetables are on the approved foods list. 1 cup equals 1 serving.

I'm glad your feeling great! Keep it up!

Hi Scott,

Due to certain border laws, we cannot ship certain supplements to Canada. Take a look at the ingredients for these supplements at the following link. Just click on the item you would like to see.

http://www.extremebodyworkout.com/p90x-products.php#nutrition

I am sure you can find something comparable in your area. Just check out your local health food/supplement shop to see what they have to offer.

I have a question regarding the protein bars (P90X or others) and other sources of carbohydrates. I just started the workouts yesterday, but I started the Phase 1 portion plan a few days before to get myself ready.

As the phase only allows 1 serving f carbohydrate (15g?) then when reading the labels almost everything has a carb. serving. For example, orange juice (26g), a protein bar (36g), etc...

I'm also having a hard time eating as many calories as I'm suppose to. Currently I'm at 224 and accordingly should be eating around 2400 calories?? Over the past few days I have managed to eat about 1450...significantly less.

How should I record, count, or adjust the meals accordingly?

I also need to cook fruit/veg as I have an allergy to them if they are not picked immediately (therefore no fresh squeezed juices for me). Does this present any issues?

After just a few days already feel great, motivated, and excited.
Thanks,
Dom

Hi,

I live in Canada and I am looking at buying the P90X program through this website. While searching through the web pages I’ve noticed that the following supplements are not able to be purchased off this webpage and sent to Canada:

> Meal Replacement Shake (Van)
> Meal Replacement Shake (Choc)
> Whey Protein Powder (Van)
> Whey Protein Powder (Choc)

Are there Equivalent Brands I can purchase up here or are there Canadian suppliers of the brands you are selling? Why can't you ship them to Canada when you can ship all the other items?
