Dear Chalean , I bought your extream system and love it, just a little question how shoud I use it
should a do one day together lift, cardio and abs 3 times a week, Im a little confused with the order of days and how much to do. I will appreciate if you can clear that to me please.

I am looking into buying the Chalean extreme package, but before I invest in this program I need to know if it comes with instructions of what dvd to do when blah blah blah just like the 90x, my sister bought the 90x and everyday she texts me saying ok, today I’m doing the abrazo ripper or whichever ones next. I need instructions as I want to be getting the Max out of my workouts. Thank you

Yes the ChaLEAN Extreme Guidebook includes easy to follow workout calendars to show you exactly which workouts to do each day, and instructions on how much weight you should be lifting and when. So it definitely takes out the guess work on what you need to do and gives you a step by step guide.
