I am confused about the snack part with the bar and drink. i usually have a protein shake or two during the day, but does that count as the drink in the snack block, or does it count for a serving of protein? for example i have a protein shake about﻿ 35-40g protein, including the powder and milk. does that count for my snack drink? or a serving of protein? or both? thank you!</description>
